Comfortable apartment on the outskirts Bad Aibling in the holiday region Voralpenland

Great place. Good location for starting out our daily excursions. The place was clean, kitchen had the utilises we needed. The only downside was the internet was spotty in the bedroom. Other than that, fabulaous place.

The apartment was very clean, roomy and well equipped. Great location and it was nice having the patio to step out to. The owners take great pride in their property.

We lived in the apartment for one month. We found the hosts to be friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space for our family of four. It was clean and functional and the location was convenient to shops, schools etc. The kitchen was very well equipped and we made use of the beautiful garden/ lawn space when the weather allowed. We were always warm, as the heating was on and the quality of the building meant it was well insulated.

First the listing description was accurate. The property was clean and well maintained. The Owner provided an excellent customer service, and I highly recommend his property. Everything you need near the place gym, supermarket and shopping area. The owner was really friendly, and he helped me alot, I cam from Kuwait to Bad Aibling Schon Clinic for my mother treatment. He was the first guy who I met and had a conversation with. He gave me the impression of how German people are nice and friendly. He helped me to find places that I was searching for to shop, and when I left his property he helped me to find an affordable apartment. The first three days my mom was with us before she got hospitalized, and she was on a wheelchair, so the owner was helping us to left her up on the stairs, and asked us not to hesitate to ask for help when we need it. We stayed 6 days at this wonderful apartment in Bad Aibling. The Owners put a lot of attention to details when furnishing this apartment. We found everything we could have needed, including an extra power strip to recharge our electronics. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with an abundance of light and even blooming orchids. The proprietors were very helpful and provided us with maps and brochures on attractions in the area. The apartment was within close walking distance to a very nice large grocery and we could easily walk to Church and to the train station. We had a good place to park our rental car and we could drive to many nearby attractions. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone who needed to stay in the area.

The apartment is lovely and quite spacious, with brand new amenities. Very clean, well maintained and a pretty garden to enjoy on the patio. The owners are welcoming, accommodating and helpful with suggestions on sights to see, directions, etc. Bad Aibling is a short driving distance to Munich and Salzburg and surrounding countryside beautiful. Apartment is within walking distance of grocery store and restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment for those visiting Bavaria.
