Stayed May 18, 2024We stayed for 3 weeks in this historic apartment. Absolutely beautiful. Giacomo is a fantastic host who was very friendly and helpful. Very responsive to all our needs. The location is absoluetly perfect. Steps from the castle and beautiful water views. One note is that there are two restaurants located right outside your front door. This could be a problem for some if you are not a night owl because the noise ( especially on weekends) . This is a spacious apartment with a large bathroom. In our opinion, we feel this apartment would be best suited for a week or less. (Because of the noise and some small amenities lacking for a longer stay)

Stayed Apr 16, 2024My husband and I spent three weeks in this lovely apartment in the beautiful centro historico of Monopoli. The location was perfect, it was well described on the site accessible (no stairs), near the Castle, the port, close to restaurants, mini market and attractions. Giacomo was very attentionate and helpful. We felt at home and safe. Grazie mille Giacomo

Stayed Feb 19, 2024Monopoli is even in winter a perfect location to spent some time. Our host Giacomo Comes was very helpfull with extra tourist information. Apartment was OK for guests in wheelchair, especially the bathroom accomodation.

Stayed Sep 24, 2022We Had three wonderful weeks in this property. It was a real gem in every way. The position was perfect in the old town by the harbour. Spotlessly clean and the owner was great. Excellent communication. Lots of lovely restaurants to visit plus a lovely little supermarket just around the corner. Only a 20 minute walk from the train station where there is a great connecting service to some really interesting towns and villages of Puglia. Would highly recommend if you are visiting this area of Italy.
