    This apartment is beautifully appointed and looks out over an internal courtyard that is quiet and serene. The location is fantastic for exploring - just a short stroll (less than 3 minutes) to the Seville Cathedral and main restaurants. The grocery store is a 2 minute walk in the other direction. It's obvious this is a well-cared for apartment. Everything is in perfect working order, the linens are fresh and new, the bathrooms and showers are top notch and sparkling. We stayed for several nights and we were not ready to leave! Highly recommend this spot for those seeking a very central location that is also quiet and cozy.

    Well located. Very nice unit, needed more than one tea towel even for very little kitchen use. Would have appreciated instruction on how to lower the blinds and use the coffeemaker although we did figure that out eventually. Would have been nice to have a potholder TV does have hdmi connection and ability to change source. Property manager was very nice and responsive which IMO is one of the most important features of a unit. Didn’t have any issues but they were proactive in checking whether there was anything we needed. Neighbors, who I assume are permanent, were easily heard every morning and have a loud (normal, not screaming) child, ie walls are thin. Would definitely recommend unless you are Extremely noise sensitive. Overall a wonderful stay.

    The apartment, which provides accommodation and facilities of very high quality, is ideally located in relation to the main historic buildings in Seville (Cathedral, Alcazar etc.) the river, shopping and public transport facilities. There are lots of wonderful restaurants, bars and cafes within one or two minutes walk from the apartment. The rail journey to Cordoba (90 miles in 45 minutes, cost 15 euros was easy and a delight) and the Mezquita is an absolute wow. The staff of the organisation which provided the accommodation are located in the adjoining building were very friendly and extremely helpful.

    The apartment was clean, beautiful and well equipped. We paid the extra to have someone meet us at the train station and it was nice to be met immediately upon arrival. Checking was easiest this way as another rep was onsite as soon as we arrived. She gave us her own personal list of recommended restaurants which one of them became our favorite! One drawback was a crying baby that woke us each morning through the somewhat thin walls but we were ready to get up and out anyway. Excellent value for the money and would highly recommend.
