The beautifully furnished apartment is located directly on the pedestrian promenade and at the northern beginning of the 2km long sandy beach, on the 3rd floor of a quiet apartment building, with a lift. The apartment has had a rental license from the tourism authority since October 2018. The living area is 90 sqm plus 12 sqm terrace, from which you have a direct view of the sea. The apartment is divided into 2 spacious bedrooms with lots of storage space (one with access to the terrace and direct sea view), 1 large living room with sofa and armchair and separate dining table with chairs.

    If anything, the description understates how super this apartment is. It is extremely well equipped and we found that nothing at all was lacking. The flat was spotless on arrival. The location is perfect for anybody wanting beautiful views, good restaurants, a wide variety of fellow holidaymakers and locals and all amenities are very close indeed. Local prices seem significantly lower than those on the west of the island. Having a hire car was useful for visiting almost the whole island. The parking arrangement is simple, secure and very good value. The property's agents are very efficient, kind and helpful. Really, this is an excellent flat and possibly the best in the small block. We'll be back.
