Comfortable and Modern Cottage, 10 Minutes from Tusculum University.

Fantastic stay. Host communicated very well. Cottage was well equipped, cozy, and quiet. Only a half mile to the gym and the college.

The little apartment was a nice place to stay having to stay by myself. It was in a small town that felt safe the entire time I was there. Even with a problem with the lock, the owner was quick to help out. It was clean and close to a lot of different stores and restaurants.

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a cute little cottage to rent in my hometown. The place was clean and pleasant smelling when I arrived. Everything was as advertised. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening to gaze at the lightning bugs. I visit home quite often and will definitely book this cottage if it’s available.

What a great place - a small kitchen, a full bathroom, a TV with Roku, and a comfy mattress. You couldn't have asked for more and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. One note, there is a window above the couch that allows in light but it also looks straight up the hill at a church. Went up the hill to the church and could see directly to the bed. Go to the local Dollar General and tape some parchment paper over it. Other than that, everything was great!

Very nice, clean, and supplied house. Becky was very responsive and helpful. A little noisy with street and 11E. But that's just me. Not used to traffic. I could not weave a way to walk downtown. No sidewalks. Suggest a map on how to go West through the neighborhood and then dip back down. Also could not find live TV on Roku. Downloaded my Hulu but never got live news and sports. Again. Probably me. And hate the vrbo add ons. Very nice place and Becky was extremely responsive.

We're regulars at the Kudzu Cottage because it's such an inviting place to stay. It's very clean, and the host has provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, there's easy access to the main highway and anyplace you want to go in Greeneville. A and highly recommended!

The cottage was nice a little humid inside and by the highway so it could be a little loud at times. The bed could use an upgrade wasn’t very comfortable. The check in process and communication was very good and the cottage was very close to downtown which was very nice.

We loved our time in Greeneville and the cottage was a big part of that. It was very comfortable for our party of 4. Very clean and we really appreciated the little extra touches like the snacks and coffee. Our young daughters enjoyed the legos and my wife and I enjoyed a cool morning on the front porch with our coffee. It was also conveniently located near the downtown shops. Highly recommend this cottage!

The property was clean and in a great location walkable to downtown. All the amenities were as described and the home was warm and welcoming.

My husband and I needed to get away for a couple of days and this was the perfect little get away - Everything you could need was very close proximity. The cottage was exactly as described. Love the little touches like the snacks on the table and bathroom essentials!! Would definitely return!!

The property was exactly as advertised. The amenities were nice. Room is small so I wouldn’t want any more than two people, but otherwise everything was great host was easy to get a hold of and the place was exactly where I needed to be.

Kudzu Cottage is warm and inviting and provides the perfect retreat for our visits to the area. The hostess has included special touches, like snacks and K-pods, and the accommodations are always clean. We love the upgrade to the parking area, and the new sleeper sofa is great too. 5 stars!!

We try to visit relatives in Greeneville once a year. We have always stayed in a motel. This year we did a VRBO search and found the Kudzu Cottage. We will be back. This is a perfect place. Even though we did not cook, it has a full kitchen. Stove, microwave, pots, pans, full size refrigerator, and a double coffee pot. The bed was as comfortable as the one we have at home. The house was spotless, modern updated bathroom, a comfortable couch and big screen TV. This is so much nicer than staying in a motel. It is like being at home. It is close to downtown and close to an unlimited number of restaurants. Becky even has snacks on the kitchen table. I would highly recommend this place for your stay.

An adorable studio and a fabulous option over a hotel! The house was roomy, neat, clean, and nicely decorated. The location was convenient. The process was easy. The price was reasonable. Things to consider: The bedroom is open to the rest of the studio. Also, there is no on-site washer/dryer, but there are laundromats nearby. It was perfect for what we needed. We loved it.

This is a lovely little cottage in a quiet country neighborhood about 10 minutes from Tusculum University. It was very clean and nicely decorated including some amazing photos from Italy and little surprises tucked around. Becky was very responsive although we had no questions while we were there because the welcome email was detailed and told us everything that we needed to know. We didn't cook on our visit but all the basic kitchen supplies were there if we had wanted to prepare meals on the small stove/oven. There is a microwave and small full size fridge with a few ice cube trays. We were pleased to find a corkscrew to open our bottle of wine. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely request it again next time we are in Greeneville.

This property is clean and cozy. Becky was simply terrific in responding immediately whenever we had a question. I only wish that we could have communicated with her sooner so that we could have asked a few questions before booking the property. VRBO wants to control everything and will not let you communicate with the owner before booking. Trying to get answers from VRBO was very difficult as it was hard to understand the folks who are supposed to know all about the property. It the end, it was all worth the 'hassle' of dealing with VRBO because Becky and her property made up for their lack of a competent staff. Thank you Becky for everything. You were most helpful, and your cottage was 'spotless' when we arrived. We will definitely stay at the Kudzu Cottage again. Sure wish we could deal with you directly instead of having to go through VRBO.

Perfect location, super clean, the best place I have found in or near Greeneville. If you have plans to visit I highly recommend Kudzu Cottage as a place to stay.
