The stay was very peaceful and the host were very helpful in terms of communication

Many unique food options in nearby downtown Amherst. Large bed room was extremely comfortable. The small bedroom is as pictured without a window, great if you want a dark sleeping area. Lots of room and comfort. It is a lower level without much natural light but inside lights provide a bright atmosphere.

It was good. Only complaint was shower was difficult to maintain a constant temperature. Hot then cold. A bit annoying but not a big deal

Very nice apartment. It appears to be newly renovated. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice and well equipped. It was clean and came with bedding and towels. They even had some snacks and some breakfast food in the refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again.

It was just perfect for a stay in the Amherst area. Everything was clean and many advantages to staying in a hotel. Highly recommend.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We chose to sleep on the couch rather than the tiny room with a sheet curtain hiding the bulkhead stairs ?

Lovely, well-decorated downstairs apartment a 5-minute drive from campus. Comfortable beds, fully-stocked kitchen, lots of hot water in the shower and heated towel rack. Highly recommend nearby Cushman's for breakfast!

The attention to detail was great. Also , Lee left snacks in the refrigerator and food for a good breakfast. Having a full kid is really helpful.

We have stayed here several times and it is always perfect. The hosts are great and the house is perfect.

Awesome place. We stayed in a finished basement. Very clean, no bugs at all, nice living room, comfy king size bed. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked with what was needed as well as snacks for us. Quiet location close to town and Mass University.

Property was easy to access, bed was extremely comfy, the space was quiet, and Lee has the most amazing bathroom towels! Also included were some snacks, shampoos, and soaps, which were very much appreciated! Thank you!

Comfy. Cozy and clean with all the comforts of home. Owner provided us with fresh eggs, butter and milk. Very quiet neighborhood, but close to stores.

We really enjoyed our stay - it was charming that this property is on a farm, my baby daughter loved the chickens in the yard. Lee was very generous with us and we loved the farm-fresh eggs for breakfast.

Staying here was lovely. The place has everything that you need: sheets, towels, and even toiletries if you should forget anything. The owners were nice enough to leave eggs, fruit, and oatmeal, so I didn't need to go out for breakfast. The bed was comfy and it was very quiet. Would stay here again!

Clean and comfortable property! Perfect for visiting the Amherst area. It was easy to get to the Dickinson House and the Eric Carle Museum. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was great. The space was comfortable and cozy. Was nice to have a kitchen to cook a little and they included fresh eggs with other snacks to make it welcoming.

My wife and I were only there for one night but will definitely stay at this property again in the future, communication was quick and friendly and the apartment was clean and cozy!!!

Quiet, very clean, clean sheets with plenty of pillows, soft towels with extra ones available. Eggs, milk, bread and butter in fridge for breakfast. It came in handy before I started tailgating Saturday morning. I was in town for a football game. Quick and easy access to UMASS campus. Quick access to downtown. Very easy check-in and check-out. Property manager responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Plenty of instructions inside to guide you through your stay. I would definitely stay again! It was a great weekend experience. M-I-Z...Z-O-U!!

Great place

Great, quiet and centralized location to explore Amherst and surroundings. Check in was super easy, apartment was clean and comfy. Didn’t get to meet Lee but she was wonderful communicating with. She also left us some welcoming goodies :) Would stay there again.

Lower level apartment was very well maintained, very well stocked (scissors, sewing kit, batteries, cleaning supplies, fully supplied kitchen (FYI coffee maker was a Kuerig with fillable filters), even homemade fruit bread, butter, eggs, and fruit in the fridge upon arrival!) Met owner and he was super nice, explaining how to easily get to the 21+ miles of hiking trails behind the property. Very close to Mullins center but far enough removed to ensure quiet, peaceful evenings. Will rent again next year if Convention lands in Mullins center again.

When photos and words in description don’t agree, go elsewhere. Always find out about air quality and access to natural light and fresh air. Don’t rely on prior ratings.
