Stayed Jul 17, 2025Wow! Online pictures do not do justice! This is an incredible property with detail and craftsmanship! Incredibly comfortable and convenient! We are in town for a family reunion and couldn’t have picked a better location. We have been in town before and stayed at the hotel, which is fine, but this far exceeds anything like that. We are coming back in the fall and will definitely be booking this again!! Highly recommend best stay in Sabetha.

Stayed Feb 14, 2026This is a hidden gem in Sabetha KS. The atmosphere, amenities, attention to detail, and cleanliness are impeccable. This combination makes for a romantic getaway, business trip, or a family adventure. The hosts have left no stone unturned. We defiantly plan to come back for another Stay.

Stayed Sep 25, 2024The loft bed needs to be on the 1st floor! The stairs are dangerous, especially to take a suitcase up on them. The sofa is terrible & uncomfortable to watch TV. No cable was a problem. We were unable to watch sports & decent news. Being on main street was not quiet, especially in the morning. The interior is very lovely & well built.. All accessories were very Nice!
