Stayed Sep 1, 2025Property location in downtown Hot Springs was GREAT! Walkable to trail, restaurants, coffee shops. Know that this is is not a barrier-free property. You have to climb 25 steps to access. There is a small dumb-waiter that I used for suitcase but, my dog doesn't do steps and I had to carry him up/down. !!

Stayed Jan 4, 2026I loved the location of this historic building. I was there for an extended stay and felt so comfortable here. The room, although smaller, was perfect for my stay. Very comfortable bedding and always enough hot water. A movie theater, a dozen eating establishments, and many cute shops all within a 5 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
