Colosseum Terrace Penthouse

Excellent property and location all as described plenty of room for 4 adults. Management company were very helpful and provided first class transportation with two very nice drivers.Great supermarket on door step that stocks everything you need. Great roof top terrace. Was wonderful watching the swifts flying around early morning.The stairs are a bit of a killer especially when you are in your mid sixties!If only i was 20 years younger!

We loved the location that was central to everything and in a vibrant area for restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed dining on the terrace with the green parakeets chirping every morning. The apartment was spacious and lots of light. The 95 stairs to reach the apartment were challenging and we wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, we loved our stay.

As advertised, we have to go up a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment, but it's totally worth it to get a rooftop terrace and amazing views of the city! Everything was clean and well organized, more than enough space for 4 adults. We loved our stay there and highly recommended it.

Stayed 2 nights. Near Coliseum. Nearby restaurants. Nice deck top patio. Biggest challenge was the 99 steps on a circular stairway to reach the apartment. Challenge to get luggage up. Did enjoy our stay.

My husband, my son and I stayed in this apartment where we had a very good stay. Rome being a wonderful city, we expected it in advance. The apartment is ideally located, very close to the forum, with a view of the Colosseum, with a mini market and restaurants across the street. The air conditioning helped us cope with the Roman heatwave (we were crazy enough to come to Rome in the middle of August). A big thank you to the friendly driver who patiently waited for us (the plane was obviously late) and took us to the airport at the end of our stay. The view is earned after endless stairs, but we were warned. Some additional cutlery and kitchen utensils would have been welcome, but the apartment is comfortable and as advertised.

First the owner said it was a few floors up it was on 5th floor and 87 steps up on spiral staircase Hot as hell one small air conditioner in kitchen did not cool off anything bedrooms over 92 degrees every night there horrible to sleep Would not spend one penny on this place so so so deceiving

Great location, nice appt, espec two bedrooms and two bathrooms. And of course the georgeous terrace. A big minus was the poor supply of hot water. The furnace had to be reset all the time and the water was hardly hot. Despite her announcement, our host was not there at reception, instead there were cleaners and technicians. The appt was not ready for receipt. The owner reminded me of the late arrival penalty, I did not hear from her about the weird reception.

We came to stay in Rome for the Holiday of the Immaculate Conception. As you can imagine the city was bustling and full of people. The apartment location was the perfect quiet street away from the crowds but still close enough that we could walk to all the events and sites. The restaurants right on that street and around the corner far surpasses those in the busier areas. I cannot stress enough what a great location this was. Chris came to welcome us and showed us around the apartment. Our arrival train from Bologna was two hours late and he still patiently waited for us without complaint.There are A LOT of stairs so if you have alot of baggage or anyone who cannot climb this many not be the place for you. Once upstairs though the apartment is cozy and has everything you need. For us the terrace was the highlight as we were able to go out first thing in the morning and enjoy the views. I would highly recommend staying here or at another one of their many properties throughout Rome!
