Colosseum New Luxury House Ostilia (Free Wi-Fi)

Great location

The location is outstanding! Very central, super short walk to Colosseum, Forum, and subway station. Sparkling clean! Nice restaurants right around the corner. Host is super responsive and cared about us having a great time. Thank you! Two thumbs up; I high recommend it!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Cristina’s place. The flat was decorated really cute and was big enough for my husband, 2 kids, and I. The place is so close to the Colosseum, Metro station, restaurants, and small market. Cristina was very friendly. If you have a hard time climbing stairs don’t stay here. We didn’t have a problem but, there no lift and you will have to go up and down stairs every time. I would recommend this place and if we ever go back to Rome we would stay there again. Thank you

The place is beautiful, it had everything we needed for the stay and we were greeted on time with all the details needed. We arrived very late at 12:00am but yet she was there for us pointing to the open restaurants or supermarket around the corner which was fantastic for many needs. I only wish we could had spent more time. Thank you so much for everything! Your place is beautiful. :)

Lovely apartment centrally located for all the major tourist sites in a quiet street near the Colosseum. It has everything you need to self cater and good restaurants near-by if you want to eat out. The grocery store is just minutes away and open 27-7.

It is a very nice apartment looks newly remodeled great location but it’s on 3rd floor with no elevator

Had a great time and enjoyed the personalized check in by owner. I was a bit thrown off by the garbage disposal that was right in front of the entrance. After a long day of walking and exploring kids wanted to watch some tv but tv kept loosing signal. Overall it served the purpose and had a good time.

The apartment was perfect for our family vacation to Rome. Excellent location! Great neighborhood with a taxi stand and restaurants close by.

Cristiana, met us onsite & thoroughly explained everything about the apartment & neighborhood. The other tenants in the building were very quiet & a few days we slept quite late. We enjoyed our stay so much that we reserved another two weeks in 2026. Just over a block to the Colosseo & our two favorite neighborhood restaurants Colosseo Cafe & Trattoria Luzzi where they are so friendly & remember us from previous visits.

Ideal location for our family of 4 within sight of the colleseum. Lovely, well-equipped apartment. Christina was an excellent host. Our kids enjoyed gelato every night at Il gelato di Costanza, a short walk from the apartment. Easy access to the metro and Roma Termini. I could have spent another week in the city, but grateful for the visit we had!

This property was great. It had all the amenities you could need including close proximity to restaurants, a 24 hour grocery story and public transportation. Loved it and would come back again!

Would give this place a 3.5 if I could. The apartment was clean and in an excellent location-steps from the coliseum and around the corner from our son studying abroad. We really hade a nice visit to Rome. Our only issue was the very sporadic Wi-Fi connection. It made communication with our tours and car service to our next stop extremely difficult. And after a long day of sightseeing it was frustrating to not be able to relax and watch a movie because the router continually failed.
