GROUND FLOOR: Private garden with a large fruit tree and elegant climbing plants. Fully furnished patio with tables and chairs, ideal for an al fresco breakfast or a romantic dinner under the Roman sky.
GROUND FLOOR: Cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious walk-in closet, and work station.

MEZZANINE: Dedicated to relaxation, with a bathroom and an elegant powder room.

LOFT-STYLE BEDROOM: High, sloping ceilings, exposed wooden beams, two double beds, and two bathrooms create a warm and intimate atmosphere, perfectly in keeping with the character of the home.
