Stayed Dec 29, 2024When we checked in the property had not been clean, but this was corrected immediately by the property manager. We were quickly given another unit and (without asking) were given a refund for our first night. Anybody can make a mistake. The way this was handled was excellent. These are the kind of people you want to deal with.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024The property was very clean and appeared well kept. Accommodations were quaint and comfortable and it was very nice that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog with us. We had a little trouble with the door lock but the property manager was very responsive and took care of the issue immediately. Thanks for the stay.

Stayed Feb 19, 2022We fell in love with the studio as soon as we walked in the door. We arrived late at night and the owner had the light on to help us find our way. The place is even more cute in person. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. The studio was very clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach which we enjoyed daily. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 14, 2021Being originally from Oklahoma, this was our first vacation to Cocoa Beach and we couldn’t have had a better time! Coco Sands was even cuter than the pictures listed! We arrived to a super clean and quiet location. We were within a little jog to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with supplies to cook with, which was awesome! We had a great time! We’ll definitely be staying at Coco Sands again!
