Coastal Waters 107 - A studio poolside retreat

The property is nice we called it “room in a sandbox”. That being said the property needs some repairs shower drips constantly, facet at sink leaks around the base & the toilet leaked at the base. The bathroom is in need of some serious repair. The write-up states basic essential which included a coffee pot which I found with grounds and mold in the drip aspect; there weren’t any cups, glasses, or utensils. The bed was very comfortable. We won’t be staying in this property again.

excellent access to pool and beach!

There was 1 facecloth but lots of towels. It has a kitchenette but no dishes or cutlery. Instructions on using that tv remote would have been nice.

It was great. I loved it. Coming back.

Was decent for a spring break trip

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area is great. Property does need some maintenance in certain areas but other than that it was great. Had a great vacation.

This so-called Studio retreat is like a motel room split in half. very small. Completely uncleaned or unsupplied for incoming guest. Could not reach host as info sheet said. Finally contacted host, whom wasn't overly concerned and ended up concelling the weekend rental. This whole complex has gone downhill .

We liked the location. It was on beach and 1st floor. The pool was refreshing and because we stayed over on a Saturday night, quiet on Sunday because most people were leaving. Pillow choices were great. Beds were noisy when moving and air conditioner woke us up each time it kicked on. It was not worth the final price of 199.99 for an overnight stay.

It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.

Great location

Fantastic!

The room was not ready for us, still had trash on floor, and items from past occupants on bed. The bed comforter had blood on it, and beds very uncomfortable. The shower head leaked constantly. There was not any toilet paper except half roll left for us. If you stay her you must bring everything you plan to need, because there wasn’t anything provided. However, host returned my texts, right away and did what she could. The room is in great proximity to beach and restaurant's. Pool area was nice.

Absolutely nothing like the pictures. Visible signs of black mold through out the unit. Dirty sheets with hair! Rust every where on all the furniture outside. They sprayed one morning in our room for cockroaches, without our knowledge. The grills were filthy. Total dump!! Beware

Rusty outdoor set, dripping shower, absolutely no parking even in overflow lot …had toPark next door hope we didn’t get towed and run through the rain and beach access was closed , we weren’t notified and had to drive down and pay for parking to sit on the beach

Host was excellent. Studio was clean but there was 1/4 roll of toilet paper and the shower dripped.

Cute place, Quiet & great pool.

Fabulous poolside condo. Close to good food, however I prefer closer to Flagler Avenue. But it was a quick Uber so no complaints about location. It was clean. Pool was nice. Parking was close n checkin easy

A lot of updates needed. No amenities to start off the stay. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. A little start off package would have been appreciated.

The tv in the bedroom didn't work. The door would not lock from the outside. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. I reported all these things but nothing was done to correct them

We stayed here 1 night. It was just a girls night after all day at the beach. It was fine for that. The room is very small. Overwhelming smell of bleach when we entered. There was hair frozen to the back of the refrigerator wall, and someone elses receipt for a golf cart rental was left by the cleaners. This had that persons name and DL# on it. Just left on the dresser after cleaning. Beds we comfy and clean. It was ok for a night.

I had family staying in a nearby house. This was the perfect spot for me to stay. The location was convenient to everything. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Terrible communication, not helping, run down, extremely dirty, both beds had sand in them, in the sheets, dirty towels were still hung in bath upon arrival. No parking anywhere near the hotel , not even pay parking. Next to no communication. Worst vrbo stay ever.

The host was great. Very clean and nice. I would recommend Coastal Waters as the best place to stay on the beach!

Everything was perfect.

Nice place to stay. The room is by the pool, so if you want to take a nap in the afternoon, you will hear kids playing. Sheets were a little stiff, but everything was clean. Everything else was good. Would spend the night again.

Great location and property, a tad misleading on price was quoted 139, cost was actually 240, I feel it would help to add cleaning etc into the price, so you give an accurate amount, but otherwise fantastic location and property

Great place!

Older building but unit was clean. Coffee pot provided but no cups or coffee. There wasn't even a plastic cup for water. Bring your own soap for the shower since none was provided. Parking is a bit of an issue. Lot in front of building is small but there is a lot across the street for your use. Get in early since that gets full too!! We only slept there so can't comment on pool or beach.

The property was very clean, right on the ocean, beautiful view.

Too many codes to remember for all doors you use often was confusing. The room wasn’t comfortable in furniture ex. Beds made huge noises everytime you sat on them . Not comfortable at all to sleep on them either. The shower wouldn’t stop running all night long and loud. And so was the air conditioner too loud to use. Thank god we had cold weather. They closed the pool the only day it was nice out to use? No parking and walking across the street when parking . It was taking your life in your hands with 4 lanes of fast traffic. No elevator either. Friends room was move due to dirty dirty conditions and they upgraded them to the 3 rd floor. Don’t do us any favors . Galling suit cases up 3 stories of stairs wasn’t great! Porch railing very rusty and the floors were very scary! Floors leaning to the center of the room. Never again and not recommended for vacation!

Perfect for sleeping and enjoying the races

We were only there a couple days but it was comfortable and quiet. Great ocean beach. We only had a studio apartment so no cooking but plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

Not a great communicator host. Place looks bigger in pics. Very small. Bring all utensils you may need. Super small refrigerator too
