This large, modern apartment is situated 300 metres from the Lagoon, beach and main street. Completely renovated with a beautiful decor, it exists in a small boutique block of only three apartments. No need for a car! No lengthy steep hills to walk up. Magical views of the azure Whitsunday Waters. Quick access to everything Airlie has to offer! Air conditioning, pool, linen and towels and everything you need for the perfect Whitsunday Holiday!

Stroll to the main road for some leisurely shopping. Walk to the beautiful and safe man-made lagoon for a refreshing dip. Dine on freshly caught seafood at one of the many top-class restaurants. Visit the breathtaking marine park which is the Great Barrier Reef, and drop into a nearby island for cocktails. Or, just sit on the balcony and take in the some of the most relaxing and iconic views in Australia. No hen's nights, buck's parties, schoolies, large gatherings or groups of young people.  The building has strict rules around noise, with no noise allowed on balconies after 10 pm and before 8 am. This property is designed for families, groups of mature friends and retired couples groups. Our 1 hour eviction policy applies to any breach of the building rules, regardless of the hour. 

** Please note our cleaning fees include supply of kitchen and bathroom amenities, laundering of linen, bed covers and protectors, towels, mats, tea towels etc and regular steam cleaning of furniture and carpets, in order to ensure a pristine clean property.

Or if you'd rarther be on the water for the day, join a tour heading to Whitehaven Beach and Hill Inlet or the Great Barrier Reef. If you'd rather not walk to the dock, most tour operators will pick you up from Coastal Vista!

Every Saturday morning, the foreshore of Airlie Beach is lined by stalls selling local produce and souvenirs. Drink coffee,  buy art and crafts, or eat some of Airlie's delicious local produce. The fresh local mango sorbet is a must!

    Great position, terrific view, very spacious and fully equipped, with excellent kitchen facilities and supplies. Beds are comfortable and fully supplied with all bedding. Secure locked garage and downstairs laundry. Great choice for 2 couples or family with a couple of kids

    We stayed at Ocean Vista for four nights and had an exceptional experience.     You will notice the steep hill when walking back. You will notice the two flights of stairs to the flat when dragging your bags up. Otherwise all good.

    The apartment was a very short walk down to the main retail strip and the lagoon and beach. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy with all the essentials for making the stay comfortable. It was perfect for our family.
