The Space:

Low Tide is the lower unit of Twin Tides, thoughtfully redecorated to give guests a relaxed, comfortable Tybee Island stay close to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants.



This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit sleeps up to 6 guests. The Ocean Breeze Room features a king bed, while the Sand Dunes Room offers a queen bed. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms, giving guests extra privacy and convenience. One bathroom includes a jetted tub, perfect for a little post-beach reset.



The living room includes a comfortable sleeper sofa for two additional guests, making Low Tide a great fit for small families or groups. The kitchen is ready for easy meals, snacks, coffee, and beach-day prep.



One of the best features is the private screened front porch with gas firepit, ideal for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or sitting back after a day in the sun. Guests also have access to the shared fenced backyard and shared grill area.



Low Tide gives you the comfort of a private beach retreat with the bonus of being part of a larger property. If your group needs more space, ask about booking the full Twin Tides property or pairing Low Tide with the upper unit, High Tide.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire lower unit, private screened front porch, shared fenced backyard, shared grill area, and free private parking. Self-check-in is available with a smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

Low Tide is located on Tybee Island near South Beach and the pier, making it a great home base for guests who want to enjoy the island without spending the whole trip in the car.



You’ll be close to the beach, local restaurants, shops, nightlife, and Tybee favorites. The location is especially convenient for beach days, pier walks, casual dining, and exploring the island at an easy pace.



This is a great fit for couples, small families, friend groups, wedding guests, or anyone who wants that laid-back Tybee experience with plenty nearby.



Getting Around:

Low Tide is walkable to South Beach, the pier, restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions.



Guests can explore much of Tybee by foot, bike, or golf cart. If you plan to visit Savannah, downtown Savannah is an easy drive from Tybee Island.



Free private parking is available at the property, so guests can park and enjoy the island from there.



Other Things to Note:

Low Tide is the lower unit of Twin Tides. The upper unit may be occupied during your stay, so you may hear normal guest activity from time to time.



The backyard and grill area are shared spaces. Please be respectful of other guests, quiet hours, and shared outdoor areas.

Starter supplies may be provided, but guests should plan to bring or purchase additional items for longer stays, including toiletries, paper products, beach towels, sunscreen, and any personal beach gear.



Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.

    This adorable unit was hands down the perfect place for our family. The kitchen, living and dining room are all spacious and open with plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were cozy and beds comfortable. We were here for a very busy weekend and it was still very quiet in our unit. Parking was enough for at least two cars. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the main shops and restaurants. We brought our golf cart, which was easy to charge via the outside receptacles. We plan on staying in this unit again!

    The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable and conveniently located to the gorgeous beach, great food and lots of shopping. Everything in easy walking distance. We look forward to returning!

    Imagine, if you would, a vacation location that is big and roomy, has a fully equipped kitchen, new furnishings and paint, a great screened-in porch, and is a mere two-minute walk to an incredible beach. Add an impeccably clean property and a property manager in Chrystal who is very responsive, and you just found this rental home.

    Short stay between Christmas and New Years. Short notice booking was welcomed with a personal note and snacks. Wonderful home close to the beach and walking distance to all the local restaurants and shops. Definitely will stay with again. Can’t wait to visit my home away from home in the near future!!
