Walk 2 minutes to hit the sand and crystal blue waters on the Gulf of Mexico. The stylish beachy decor creates a tropical feel throughout the condo. Walking distance to many restaurants.



LIVING/KITCHEN AREA After a fun-filled beach day, relax in the open concept living room/kitchen area where you can watch a movie or your favorite show on the smart TV with pre-loaded channel apps. Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full-size appliances. When it’s time to eat gather at the table for two.



BEDROOM & BATH This second-floor apartment/condo comfortably sleeps up to two adults. Bedroom, furnished with a queen sized bed that has a new pillow top mattress and hotel quality linens. Living room has a comfy day bed to watch the smart TV or snuggle up in bed and enjoy your a good book. The well-appointed bathroom is configured with a full tub/shower.

THE LOCATION Walk 2 minutes to the beach from this sparkling clean apartment! A plethora of dining and shopping options, as well as convenient amenities, are within an easy 10-minute walk. Nearby attractions include John’s Pass (a boardwalk and shopping area), Alligator Attraction, a wildlife learning center, and the Pirate Ship Royal Conquest (a pirate-themed boat offering daily sailing excursions for the whole family). Golf opportunities and multiple marinas are also available within a 2-mile radius. We are located just a few short steps from famous Dockside Dave’s, they are well known for their mouthwatering grouper, jumbo onion rings and famous key lime pie, they are a local favorite!





***We supply starter toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and dish detergent, if additional items are needed during your stay there are several stores within close proximity that you are able to purchase supplies.



Your reservation includes 1 free assigned parking space, additional spaces may be available upon request for a fee of $25 per day .



Any guests that are not listed on the reservation are allowable with host permission and a $20 per day fee for each additional guest..



The Neighborhood:

With the beach a few short minutes from your doorstep and all of the area’s highlights within walking distance, you've found the ideal getaway. The local Winn Dixie is a few blocks from you for all of your grocery needs. Bula Kava Bar & Coffee House is steps away for a more laid back option to get together with friends and enjoy the music in a non alcohol setting .



Getting Around:

When dining out, Mario's Ristorante offers authentic Italian fare 2 blocks away, and Dockside Dave's is a local favorite for fresh seafood a 30 second walk from your door. Mad Beach is the casual neighborhood hangout a few blocks down. Book a fishing trip and with Double O in 4 blocks, or relax with a pole at Redington Long Pier within a 6-minute drive. Spigg Island has unique items and jewelry for take-home gifts around the corner.

    We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The local restaurant/bar was just a one-minute walk away and served great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The unit was exactly as described—easy to access, with convenient parking right outside.The hosts were very friendly and responsive, going above and beyond by providing a day bed for our daughter. The beach was super convenient, located right across the road. The added beach chairs and other items were a great bonus.We’ll definitely stay here again!We’ll definitely stay here again!

    We stayed for three days and really liked the convenience of the location. The owner really thought of everything that you would need. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas,etc. we would definitely stay here again!

    Owners are fantastic, the location is great and you a clean, bright, beautiful place to stay. Owners communicate constantly, left the light on for us arriving late, and checked in a few times on our stay to make sure everything was fine. Cannot say enough about it, we will definitely stay again.
