Violation of these rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without refund.

Pool Access

You will have access to the small community pool located at the rear of the building. Pool hours and rules are posted on-site and must be followed.

Beach Gear

We provide a small cooler, two beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys for your convenience. These items are offered as a courtesy and used at your own discretion. Missing or damaged items may result in replacement fees.

Parking

Free on-site parking is available. Vehicle height is limited to 6 feet 6 inches and parking spaces are tight. Two oversized vehicle spaces are located in front of the building, but availability is not guaranteed.

Security & Guest Verification

This property follows local compliance requirements, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may choose a $49 non-refundable damage waiver instead, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
