Very clean, close to the beach

This place was perfect for our girl’s weekend with my bestie! So clean and pretty! Walkable to most everything you need within a few blocks but on a quiet street. Close to trolley stops that we used to go further. No need for a rental car. Just Uber to and from airport. The host was very sweet and helpful with answering all of our questions about the area. Will definitely return!

Wonderful little place near the Indian Rocks beach. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful visit. Easy walk to the beach, condo well maintained, great communication with the host. The mini golf outside and beach supplies were a huge bonus!! We would definitely return!

My wife and I justed wanted to relax for a long weekend, this was a great cottage. In a small town, very close to the beach and many very good restaurants. We didn't have to drive at all!!

This is our third time staying at Mermaid Cove and our family has loved it every time. My youngest couldn’t get enough of the backyard mini golf and my oldest couldn’t get enough of the beach. We wouldn’t hesitate booking for a fourth stay.

Great location.. walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants. Off the beach so very peaceful. Owner attentive to all details which made for a phenomenal stay!

This is our 3rd time renting a property from Sabrina and Bill as they have always been wonderful hosts and their properties are beautiful and well kept. We chose Mermaid's Cove as it was a 2-bedroom with a separate living/kitchen area and close to the beach (2min walk). Check-in was easy and instructions were provided the day of. The property had everything needed for an extended stay (2 weeks w. 2 children 10yo/8yo) and more. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dinner/cookware and basic necessities such as coffee filters, sponges, soap, etc. The large window in the kitchen was wonderful to eat breakfast by. The living room was spacious and furniture was confortable (loved the couch/sectional). The bedrooms were the perfect size and included large closets which helped keep the rooms clutter free during the stay. The queen bedroom had a door leading to a private deck/walkout with a table and chairs. The king bedroom had more than enough space for 2 adults and empty suitcases etc. Bathroom was a good size and never felt cramped. Everything was clean on arrival with towels and extra bedding available. The vacuum/broom/dustpan came in handy for after the beach. I love that there is a separate laundry room and so many beach items available. Overall, the stay was excellent and we enjoyed our time there. We had a minor issue towards the end of our stay which resolved itself but Bill was very quick to respond. Hoping to book again for 2025 once our time off confirmed.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our family vacation. The area was nice and quiet, easy access to the beach with maybe a 5 min walk. The apartment was loaded with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. the outdoor sheds were filled with any and every beach supply you would ever need including coolers, umbrellas, chairs, beach toys. the outdoor put-put area was cute and the kids enjoyed it. Also there was a private fenced in area off the second bedroom that was really nice. we made use of the grill for the 4th of July. The AC in the house did quit working during our stay but the owners were super responsive and had it fixed within hours. The check in process was super easy. All in all it was a wonderful stay!
