Clean roomy newly renovated Great home base.

This was a perfect property for my small family for a week of wedding activities for at week. My son said the couch bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make a couple meals at home to save from having to dine out for every meal, several coffee making options and had a kettle for my tea. The bathroom was also clean and plenty of towels.

Very Nice place that has everything you need for your stay. We were very pleased and would recommend it over any hotel room any day.

Good location and space for my needs, I could walk to the rest of my group; and have my own place to work on my project. Having a kitchen to reheat and eat out of regular dishes is always a plus. I'd stay there again.

It met all of our qualifications. Good central location, very clean, necessary cooking amentities to prepare simple home cooked meals, and very functional spaces. Best of all was Shon’s timely and helpful responses to our questions. We would certainly stay there again.

Spacious quiet and easy place

This property was an excellent fit for our 4 night stay. Easy access right off airport road close to hospital fast food etc. 5 stars

Nice spot for exploring Fairbanks and the Alaska interior. Clean and comfortable, perfect for our family of 3. All of Fairbanks is reachable in about 10 minutes, 20 minutes to North Pole, and just over 2 hours to Denali. The host was very quick to respond to any questions, and resolved a couple minor issues very quickly! We look forward to coming back!

We loved this unit. It was clean and comfortable. We felt safe in the area and it was very easy access for sightseeing. Clean appliance was good for making meals. The coin operated laundry on the lover level of the facility was convenient. Shon was an excellent host who was quick and kind at responding to questions. We would stay there again and definitely recommend this unit for your next Fairbanks, AK area vacation.

The first day had a hiccup but the host satisfactorily resolved the issue as fast as humanly possible and answered any questions the rest of our stay quickly. The place was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The apartment was in a quiet place of town and we could not hear other tenants. I would definitely recommend this host and accommodation. :0)

This place is easy to find and also getting in the door is very easy. The neighbors like to have roudy Saturday nights that last past mid-night, but if you are out having a good time that is no problem. The oven hood and bathroom lights are on the resetable circuit breaker in the bathroom and did not take much to switch. Great set up for coffee and Tea and close to everything in town. If I remember it I will be back. Not the place for those that do not enjoy high beds. Thanks Shon you responded quickly to my two calls.

This rental was perfect for what we needed. Everything in it is brand new and spotless. We loved the kitchen and the decor was very modern and clean. We would 100% stay here again.
