Buffalo, New York
Clean, cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the heart of the Elmwood Village with all the amenities that you need. Front porch exclusive to the apartment. Walk Score of 82. Short stroll to Hotel Henry, the Elmwood Village and the Albright Knox Art Gallery. Less than a 1/2 hour drive to New Era Field and Niagara Falls.
All brand new furniture and super comfortable memory foam mattress. The space is equipped with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom toiletries and complimentary water, coffee and tea. Free wifi and Netflix access.
This was our third stay at this location. The space is the cleanest we have ever stayed at - it's always spotless! The hosts are super-responsive. There was a heavy snowfall with very high winds during our stay; our hosts dropped off a care package of LED lights, matches, and a lighter, just in case we lost power, and checked in on our well-being via text. We didn't lose power, but we very much appreciated the care and concern from the hosts.
This is a really nice apt housed in a Century home in the Elmwood Village. Great accommodations and a really nice area of Buffalo to explore and still very close to all of the various wards. Lots of parking and amenities within a 10min walk.
The property was as advertised. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, museums and parks. We would stay here again.
Our stay here was great. Location: great. Clean: perfect! Highly recommend!
Great location! We walked to a farmer’s market, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.
The apartment was just as described and so perfect for our visit to a student at Buffalo State. It was very comfortable for two and even more convenient than expected. The house is a quick walk to Elmwood, lined with restaurants and a fun vibe, and a short drive to downtown, the art museums, Niagara Falls. The Victorian houses in the neighborhood are so pretty, and we loved exploring both that area and further afield.
This property is situated in a fabulous community and is within easy walking distance to The Elmwood village shops and restaurants. Apartment is simply furnished but clean and outfitted with everything you will need during your stay.
Very nice unit. First floor nice comfortable bed. Very cool place. The unit itself was nice however due to a request/message I received a few hours later from the host I won't return which is a shame as the place was ok. Parking was a little tough but manageable. I enjoy the porch however there were no patio furniture like the pictures show. Heater worked GREAT!
This was our second stay. The place is clean, cozy, nicely furnished and equipped. Central Air and heat are fabulous!
My adult children stayed in this Elmwood Village gem during the Thanksgiving holiday. They enjoyed every minute of their stay.
Had a great stay at this property. Owner was very responsive when contacted. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
Comfortable, compact and clean apartment. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch and reading in this lovely, quiet neighborhood.
This apartment in Elmwood is a treasure. It’s in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with a multiple of great restaurants within walking distance. It’s just 25 mins drive from Niagara Falls and is central to so many other locations. I couldn’t recommend this apartment more highly. Melissa was an excellent host who was available to answer any queries. If we return to Buffalo, we’ll be back in a heartbeat.
We really enjoyed our stay and spent several memorable mornings and evenings on the front porch, chatting with neighbors out walking their dogs. Will try to book again next time we’re in Buffalo!
Must lead with the water pressure. It was amazing! I shouldn't have to say more, but I will... Stayed for two weeks and found SO much to do in the area. The place was small and quaint, but if you plan to go out adventuring this is an amazing launch pad. Elmwood Village has SO much going on. There is a Co-op grocery store within walking distance, lots of shops, and plenty of food choices all within walking. Try Visili's Express Greek food just around the corner. Delish! If you like adventuring, there is kayaking nearby in every direction, short drive. Bring a bike and go on group rides with Campus Cycles or the Buffalo Slow Roll. If you golf, go play Diamondhawk. Country club feel for public course price. Just had an amazing time. Melissa is great and so very easy to communicate with. And, if you are risk adverse, she offers self check-in. Thanks!
Clean, quiet, quick stroll to all the food & drink places on Elmwood, convenient to everything. The accommodations were nice and exactly as stated, very safe and comfortable. Melissa was quick & responsive, everything was a breeze. Will definitely stay there again next time we're in Buffalo!
This is a lovely, cozy place to return to after a day spent exploring the city. The property owners are thoughtful and responsive - we arrived to find coffee, creamer and sugar in the kitchen, a pitcher of water in the fridge, basic toiletries in the bath, AND Netflix and Prime Accounts logged in and ready to watch! The neighborhood is tree-lined, quiet, and very walkable. People out walking dogs, taking the air, etc. - everybody is friendly, and the whole area is fun. It's also very close to restaurants, small shops, etc. LOVED LOVED LOVED the pollinator garden in lieu of grass in the front yard! So many flowers, such a nice environment.
Clean and cozy unit in a residential neighborhood of older homes, you feel part of a friendly neighborhood. While it's within easy walking distance of restaurants and coffee houses, the block is quiet. It was just what we were looking for, and we would definitely stay there again.
We were so grateful to find this awesome spot while we were visiting from about 6 hours away. Everyone was so friendly, coffee on the porch in the morning was wonderful as it was super quiet even for it being in the city. We were in walking distance of some super cute local spots like Tipico & Breezys (which our close friend painted a mural on the side of and we finally got to see in person) and we loved all of the local shops and art too! It was the perfect setting to really feel like we were locals and we will definitely visit again soon.
