Classic Loft in Downtown Auburn, Alabama! LOCATION!

I loved this loft in downtown Auburn. It was a perfect stay for my son and I when we came to Camp War Eagle. It is right in the middle of town next to Target and a cute green space. There is a wonderful coffee shop across the street called The Fox. My son was in the dorm for the 2nd night, and I felt safe there by myself. The only negative was that it is a little noisy at night with the train nearby and noise from the street/green space, so I recommend bringing ear plugs. I would definitely stay again!

This little studio apartment was so cozy! The bed was so comfy I feel like I should get a new mattress when I get home! The building is clearly older, and it's true that the shower is small, but I'm 6'4 and I was still able to bathe comfortably. As it is right on the north side of campus, it's a quick walk for food and drinks. The dedicated parking space is a huge plus. Tremendous value for the price! My colleagues stayed in various hotels around town and I think I was the only one who didn't have some sort of complaint. I highly recommend these accomodations!

Perfect location in downtown Auburn - across the street from Toomer’s, next to campus, and an easy walk to the stadium. Very comfortable space for two of us and our dog. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return!

Great place. Location was perfect. The one downside was the hall outside of apartment appeared to have water damage from roof and was moldy smelling. The apartment itself was great.

This loft is in a great location with easy and quick access to Target, plenty of restaurants and literally 2-3 minute walking distance to Toomer’s Corner. The loft was super clean, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Stayed here for Camp War Eagle. Great location! Parking was a breeze. So nice to have a dedicated parking spot. Entrance to the property was a bit sketchy being behind the building with a metal staircase but once you’re inside it’s perfect. Unit is charming with original tile in the bath. Superbly clean and well appointed. Shower was small but worked just fine. Host was very responsive to questions and accommodating. Loved it and would definitely stay again

This is one of my favorite Auburn rentals. A simple, historic studio loft in the heart of downtown. Walk right out to shopping, restaurants, bars and campus.

The location and accommodations were perfect for a one night stay to visit Auburn’s campus with my daughter. We needed only a place to sleep but this unit offers more with the kitchenette. Nice that there was a pull out couch. Only complaint was the noise level - loud night life on a Thursday night and very early tenants for the business starting their morning routine. Also, if you are tall, the shower is on the smaller size.

We had a great stay. Amanda’s communication was excellent the property was as advertised. Fantastic location for anyone visiting Auburn!

I attended a conference during the week and this location as well as price could not be beaten. The room was spacious (like a studio apartment) and had more than ample amenities. It was clean, bright and surprisingly quiet for being downtown. Tons of great restaurant nearby as well. If I am ever back in Auburn, I'll be staying here!

I have stayed in this loft several times now, when I visit my son at Auburn — the location cannot be beat, it’s in the heart of EVERYTHING! And it’s clean and cute and has a parking spot ;-). I have worked with Amanda for 3 years now and there’s not a better host out there!

Great location, clean apartment!

The studio apartment is great. It is waking distance to everything. We stayed on a game day weekend and loved it. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Auburn.

The location is great! Getting a parking spot downtown is a huge plus. It was very clean, comfortable and so convenient. Being downtown, it is louder which is to be expected. They provide a sound machine and I brought one so having both of those was a necessity and they did drown out noise just fine. They could update their sleeping pillows. They are a bit limp. Blackout curtains would also be beneficial because the street lights are pretty bright. It is Good to know that the shower is tiny. It was Not a problem for us and it worked great but It could be challenging for a larger person to be able to comfortably use. The is all about location location location! You cant beat where it is and the convenience of walking everywhere. We will stay again.

Second time staying in this loft and will continue as long as available for trips back “home”. Perfect location being walking distance from anything you would need! Especially with the target across the lawn. Layout gives you plenty of space to do your day-to-day activities.

Adorable second story studio right in the heart of Auburn University making it an excellent choice for one or two travelers visiting their student. Surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants just steps away and a great green space right next door. There are a few cosmetic issues that made no issue, and the small shower was not a problem at all. Bed was also very comfortable. Thanks so much!

It was a nice place to come back to while I was down there. Just a 5 minute walk to where I needed to be each day. The cheapest available space that I found as well. I would definitely book it again in the future.
