The space
Designed for up to 2 guests, the apartment is arranged with comfort and ease in mind. Soft linens, bed sheets, clothing storage, and hangers are all provided, so unpacking feels effortless. Air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable regardless of the weather outside, and a safe is available for your valuables. The bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, cleaning products, and hot water - the essentials covered so you can focus on your stay.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking during your stay - whether that's a quick breakfast before a full day out or a relaxed dinner in. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table to sit down at properly. Meals in or meals out - the choice is yours.
Work & connectivity
A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to keep up with remote work, plan your itinerary, or simply stay connected. The layout naturally separates the work area from the rest of the space, helping you switch off when you're ready to.

Building & facilities
The building is serviced by an elevator (at least 52 inches deep, with a doorway at least 32 inches wide), making arrivals and departures easy. Free street parking is available nearby. Exterior security cameras are located in shared areas - hallways, common areas, and the elevator - for added peace of mind. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are also in place. Guests have access to nearby resort facilities during their stay.

Lafayette, bordering Colonia Americana, is one of Guadalajara's most vibrant and walkable areas. Tree-lined streets connect you to a strong lineup of restaurants, cafés, bars, and cultural spaces - all within easy reach on foot. The central location also makes it straightforward to get to other parts of the city when you're ready to explore further.
Good to know
Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Your host will greet you in person upon arrival to ensure check-in goes smoothly and any questions get answered from the start.

Guest Access:
Important information: The apartment lockbox is located at the security desk on the ground floor. You will find it inside the lockers labeled “Lockbox condominio” and can identify the one with your apartment number. Please keep this in mind when you arrive.
Check-in:
Our staff can greet you in the lobby between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please contact your host.
We will send you the access code for the electronic door lock in advance.
Important note:
Last minute reservations: If you make your reservation after 9:00 p.m. the day before your arrival, or on the day of check-in, the apartment will be available for check-in from 6:00 p.m. onwards.
Check-out:
Check-out is at 11:00 am.
Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure and notify your host.

You’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, galleries, and cultural spaces, along with tree-lined avenues perfect for walking. Its location provides easy access to key points of the city, combining an urban atmosphere, diverse dining options, and entertainment in an attractive, well-connected setting.
Getting Around:
The area offers excellent connectivity, making it easy to get around. You can walk to nearby restaurants, cafés, bars, and cultural spots, especially in the Colonia Americana area. Public transportation is easily accessible, and taxi services as well as ride apps like Uber or DiDi are widely available. Nearby main avenues also allow quick access to other key areas of Guadalajara.

At the end of your stay, please leave the access cards inside the apartment. This helps us maintain proper control and service for upcoming guests. Thank you for your support.
The cleaning fee covers preparation of the apartment before your arrival and cleaning after your departure only. It does not include housekeeping or laundry service during your stay.
The nightly rate shown is the base price for 1 to 2 guests. Additional guests will incur an extra charge of approximately $10 USD per person per night.
The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 2 guests. While Airbnb may not always count infants or children toward occupancy, the condominium regulations do. Please ensure your reservation reflects the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and babies.
Outside visitors are not allowed during your stay.
Pets are not permitted inside the apartment or condominium.
Linen changes are not provided during the stay.
Courtesy amenities are intended as a welcome supply for your arrival and are not replenished.
Basic kitchen utensils are provided as tools for use, not as consumable supplies.
Grill access is subject to availability and requires reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
Parking availability is subject to condominium occupancy at the time of arrival.

Maintenance and administration of common condominium areas are managed independently and are not under our direct control.
Due to Guadalajara’s ongoing urban development, nearby construction activity may occasionally cause daytime noise.
If you are traveling by car, please note that this unit does not include on-site parking; however, we will gladly recommend nearby parking options.
