We had a wonderful experience, stayed there for 4 nights. Very clean, updated property with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karla responded promptly with some lock code issues we had initially. Whole foods is nearby. Perfect location if you’re planning to visit Universal studios.

Easy check in and check out. Good location to drive around Burbank. Good parking: I was able to fit a Ford Lightning without difficulty. You can also park on the street overnight but must move at 8am. An extra bit of advice that has nothing to do with this property: EV charging in Burbank (and probably everywhere else in big cities) is a major hassle. Long lines at stations. Give yourself 1-2hrs to charge up anytime you need to. Just thought I’d point that out for anyone requiring EV charging as part of their trip.

This was a great get away for us to visit our daughter who is spending the semester in LA. Location, parking, kitchen, cleanliness everything was great. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location for anyone visiting Burbank and surrounding areas. There is a Bob’s Big Boy right around the corner that is a must! It’s 1.5 miles away from universal studios and directly across the street from WB studio tours. The property is clean and the bed is super comfy. The host was prompt in response to needs. The night we arrived we got in after 10 pm and upon looking around found the unit had not been cleaned from the previous rental. I called Kyla to notify her and she luckily had other open units and had us move from 141A to another unit she had. She did advise us that she would have the cleaning company come out in the morning and that we would need to move back after, which they did not appear to be aware of as they aggressively tried to kick us out until I explained what happened. Nothing against the host but the walls are paper thin. We must have been the only guests night 1 because it was so peaceful, but the second night you could hear people outside, someone was banging on a door to another unit around 9 pm and the people above us were moving about and you could hear every footstep. It actually sounded like they were moving furniture or dragging things across the floor. We would stay again but would rent an upstairs unit due to noise and other units are behind a security door which made me feel safer. The unit does match the pictures and besides having to move our stuff between places and noise the place was great.

Super cute and cozy place. Amazing location! just a 4-minute walk to Warner Bros. and a quick 10-minute drive to Universal Studios. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return

We really enjoyed our stay! Kyla was an AMAZING host, with timely and excellent communication prior to arrival and while we were there. She was super responsive to an issue that arose during our stay and was quick to solution and resolution. She was always warm, friendly, and professional.The unit was exactly as described, with an unbeatable location (e.g., near the airport, studios, Hollywood), excellent amenities, and a clean and open feeling. The back yard was a fabulous place to have breakfast and catch the sunrise among the hummingbirds and mourning doves! Nice to have the peace of mind with the off-street parking as well, although the neighborhood felt totally safe walking to Bob's Big Boy at night for dinner.As others have noted, the beds were a bit soft and some sounds from upstairs can bleed through, but it's to be expected for this charming apartment built in the 40's. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

The place itself is quiet and neighborhood is nice. Host is nice, helpful and quick to communicate. This unit was a BOTTOM FLOOR Unit, ugh but has everything you need to stay. Our biggest issue was the beds, they need SERIOUS updating. Master bed was the better of the 3 options but very soft and you roll to the middle due to lack of support. The couch pull out has got to go. My 10 year old slept here and she doesnt even weigh 100 lbs and the bed was sagging and worn down, we did put the extra mattress from closet on top to give her some support. My 13 year old that weights 110 lbs slept on the air mattress that evidently has a slow leak because by morning she was rolled to the middle nearly touching the ground. For a place meant mainly to sleep in the beds need to be brought up to par.

Overall experience was great. The property was clean and as advertised. Communication was great. If I were coming to the area again, I'd stay again.

We have stayed here many times. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Washer and dryer are terrific. Easy to communicate with host. Private parking in rear is very helpful. Will definitely return again. Rhonda S

Overall great , no issues with check in or out .Speedy responses to any questions I had . Clean and well taken care of property. The ad was accurate.

We stayed for Spring Break '25 and loved how close we were to Warner Bros. (short walk), Universal, etc. We took an amazing horseback ride on the Hollywood sign mountain too! So much to do and this Vrbo was the perfect location with off street parking and outdoor patio space as well.

Beautiful apartment, great location and great property management. I’m sure we will continue to stay here in our trips to CA, it feels like home. Thank you Kyla.

I'm def not a fan of the neighborhood- didnt feel safe to me. Property was a little bit hard to locate at first.

1)gavage disposers in sink out of order. 2)2nd stares kids were noisy I hope render has kids, assign then in 1st floor. In total, secure, quiet and comfortable apartments.
