Stayed Nov 11, 2023The property was a clean, basic, modern-style 2BR apartment in a residential apartment block, but nothing special. Getting into the property was very inconvenient as we had to collect the key from the mailbox of a different apartment complex about 10 minutes walk away (this was because you needed the fob to be able to access mailboxes in the building itself, so without the fob you are trying to collect you are stuck!). This inconvenient arrangement existed even though the building has its own concierge service. When asked, the concierge said they had nothing to do with that apartment because the owner chose to manage the apartment himself rather than through the onsite building management company. Checking out was also inconvenient as you need the fob to be able to access the lift to the carkpark to get your car out. The owner’s suggestion was to drop the key off in a designated mailbox (this time in the building itself, not the one 10 minutes walk away) and then wait around until some other resident got into the lift and ‘tailgate’ them down into the carpark. Hardly a satisfactory solution. I wouldn’t recommend staying here as it was poor value for the high cost involved.
