Convenient location, very good host communication. Quiet, clean and modern.

The accommodation is spotlessly clean. The location is within walking distance of the town centre. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Carolyn is a fantastic host, the extra touches, like little chocolates, maps, details about Albany, where to eat etc. It was so great.The apartment was spotless and so fresh, with loads of greenery which made the space feel homey and alive.Location was superb. Highly recommended!

This property was a fabulous place to stay. It had everything we needed and was only a short walk into town. There was great communication from our host and we highly recommend this property.

Great location. Suited us perfectly for our visit to Albany for the seashanty festival. Apartment was comfortable, clean and within walking distance to our gig locations, cafes and city centre. Had a great time and will certainly book again for return trips to Albany.

Excellent stay. Everything we needed and more We loved the homey feel of the flat and Caroline left us many little extras that we appreciated. We would book this apartment again if we return to beautiful Albany

Great location. Very central. Apartment was modern and very clean and comfortable with a good supply of all the essentials. Only down side was the stairs. Quite steep and a bit challenging when juggling luggage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location to town. Everything thought of and premium quality many touches often forgotten and thanks for putting electric blankets on for cold blooded folks from north of state. We would recommend and stay here again. Thanks Caroline

Clean and comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. Highly recommended

A lovely property but be prepared for the stairs with luggage, especially if you are unlucky to get the very heavy rain we had. A full size umbrella at the property would be handy, jut in case. Also the entrance area and stairs were covered in water making it feel a little unsafe as you walked in and out in the rain. Other than that the apartment was well equiped, had very comfy beds and was an easy walk to shops, cafes and restaurants.

A lovely apartment that was well furnished, clean, close to the centre, had very relevant tourist information and a lovely feel. It was generally well-appointed and we appreciated being able to have the use of a bbq; however bbq tools would be a bonus (as would cleaning tools). Would definitely stay again.
