Stayed Oct 19, 2019We had a great stay in the attic apartment. It was very comfortable and suited our needs well. The owner was very available and responsive to any questions/concerns we had and reached out to us first to check that everything was going well with our stay. The location of the apartment is a short, very easy walk into old town Modena and provided a perfect base from which to explore.

Stayed Aug 5, 2019Very nice. However, only aircon in the living room not in the bedroom (only fan). The sofa-bed in the living room is not as confortable as expected. But very Nice attention touches from the owner (all you need in the bathroom), coffee/tea/biscuits and even milk in the fridge and some sweets. And we enjoyed playing with the board games available in the apartment. Well suited for a family of 4.

Stayed Jun 17, 2019The apartment is absolutely charming. Betta has thought of everything. She provides a first aid kit, washcloths, teas and coffees, ample kitchen equipment and more. The place is immaculate as well. We were very happy here during our stay in Modena.
