Stayed Jul 19, 2024When we arrived at the property we phoned the apartment manager and we were told that we had already been let in. After 45 very stressfull mins of being stuck on the street with children not knowing what was going on, we found out that they had let someone else in thinking they were me, enthough she had a different name and was just one person not a family of four. We also discovered the apartment block smelled of smoke constantly, and it was a very hot weekend but if we opened a window the smoke smell came in. And during our stay my husband injured hi leg, but the apartment is up several very steep stairs with no disability access at all, so it was incredibly difficult for him to manage.
