The flat is very tastefully furnished and has a very well equipped kitchen. We didn't miss anything that you need for cooking. We enjoyed our stay very much. Many thanks to the landlords!

This flat is incredible. It is so beautiful and in a fantastic location. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony to have our dinner. On one evening there was a violinist in another flat playing which was so lovely. Shower pressure was really good too.

My husband and I were traveling through Scandinavia for three weeks. We were looking for a place away from the crush of tourists and spacious enough to spread out. This apartment has a lot of room for two people. - we were there for three nights. Very nice kitchen - however we only used the refrigerator for breakfast items. Comfortable bed - windows open to the main road below. Loud people on the street, we did not care. Bathroom adequate - suggest a better window shade as we felt exposed to the neighbors across the courtyard. Outstanding balcony looking into interior courtyard - sat outside for breakfast and every evening for a glass of wine. Loved the balcony. Location closer to the lakes - beautiful and safe. About a 20-30 minute walk to Nyhaven canal area or other direction to Tivoli. We are walkers so we got around very easily to all the action. We felt safe in all the neighborhoods we walked. There is a Netto grocery store around the corner for our breakfast needs. A couple pleasant cafes down the street as well. An observation: there were lot of personal items scattered around the apartment (i.e. shower razor, toothbrushes, dog's chew ball, sneakers, winter jackets, etc. etc. etc.). Not sure if the owners use this apartment during the year for their own use. But all of the stuff felt alittle much. Check in was efficient. We called when were one hour away and someone from the rental agency met us at the door. This was a very positive experience. Highly recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in this quirky, Danish styled 1 x bedroom apartment. It was relaxing sitting on the verandah overlooking the large garden shared by the unit block. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was close to many restaurants and city centre. My only negative would be the sofa bed is starting to sag and is quite small for someone 6’4” but that’s the challenges you face when travelling. We have experienced many different beds in 6 weeks of travel.

My husband and I were traveling through Scandinavia for three weeks. By the time we got to Copenhagen we wanted a place away from the crush of tourists and provided space to spread out. This apartment is near the lakes area of Copenhagen. Very pleasant and less touristy. Nyhaven is about a 30-minute walk. A grocery store in around the corner. You can get to any of the destinations in the area on foot, if you are a walker. The apartment has one bedroom with windows looking out the front of the building to the main road. As of July 2019 there is major construction immediately in front of the apartment building as they are updating the city's metro system. Workers were gone in the evening but they started up around 7:00 am in the morning. With windows open at night we could hear the talking and hollering folks on the street. None of this bothered us, although it may bother others. There is a nice size kitchen. We only used the refrigerator to store our picnic and breakfast foods. The only meal we ate at the apartment was breakfast - which was enjoyed on the lovely corner balcony. This balcony looked into the interior courtyard and was a selling point for us. Loved the balcony for breakfast and for a glass of wine each evening. The living room was spacious. We really did not use this room. The bathroom adequate. Suggest installing window blinds that offer more privacy. The neighbors could see right into the shower. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, but no dryer. A drying rack is provided which worked great drying clothes on the balcony. A relatively quiet property - just the sounds heard from the balcony wafting out of the apartment windows around us. For us this was the perfect amount of space - stayed for 3 nights. Suggestion: ask the owners to remove a bulk of their personal items from the apartment. It almost felt like this apartment was their actual home and they left to stay with friends for the 3 nights because renters were coming. Items such as coats, sneakers, school notebooks, used dog chew toys, shower cap, toothbrushes, kid photos on the refrigerator, etc. etc. etc. Way too much personal stuff - felt very cluttered. All in all this was a positive experience. We enjoyed our stay overall.

This is a family’s home, and they must just rent it out for a few weeks when they go away. As such the kitchen is well equipped, with good quality knives, etc. If you like dark for sleeping, make sure to bring a sleeping mask, as the blinds aren’t very dark. The location is about a ten minute walk to the metro / train station and various restaurants and shops, and a 15-20 minute walk to most of the sights in Copenhagen.

Bright & spacious apartment in excellent location. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby. Also very close to excellent food market and less expensive common grocery. Rent a bike and see all neighbourhoods in Copehagen easily from this location. My favorite part of this rental was the balcony for morning coffee, pre dinner drink and evening nightcap. Most nights were incredibly quiet except for lots of noise all night Saturday. Apartment easily cooled once windows opened. My only negative is that I found the cleaning fee very high, and although the apartment was clean it was not spotless for that kind of money. Otherwise it was perfect. You will love Copenhagen- friendliest people I have met in Europe.

This is a lovely, well-maintained apartment in a relatively quiet part of central Copenhagen, about 5 blocks from the metro. Filled with light, lovely Scandinavian furniture and art and intriguing family photos. It is right off Nansensgade, which abounds with cafes and restaurants. We were in Copenhagen to visit friends (we used to live in the city) and really felt at home. I love that the owner invites guests to check on the plants and add water. As a gardener, I appreciated the trust! We would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Close walk to 2 different Metro Station. Little Cafes right on the street around the corner and supermarket and food hall market also close. The place is very spacious and loved the balcony in the back looking at the enclosed community garden/playground. This was the first time check out time was 10:00am, I think they would have accommodated a later time, but I was too happy and busy to take the time to ask. Definitely a good stay!
