We had an amazing weekend! Location was perfect! We walked to fun events going on at City Dock, ate at delicious restaurants, shopped at a variety of boutiques and specialty stores, and just enjoyed everything Annapolis has to offer downtown. We enjoyed the Christmas Market, Boat Parade, and carolers, all only just a few blocks from our front door. The property was beautiful! Clean, full of charm, and had everything we needed. Decorated for the holidays with wonderful personal touches like a lovely bottle of wine and drinks in the refrigerator. Our gracious host Sean was absolutely wonderful and not only accommodated us with everything we needed, but checked in with us throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!
Sean was an excellent host...starting with his clear communication in the days leading up to our stay. The property was very clean, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. We were visiting our Midshipman at the Naval Academy and the location was superb for access to Gate 1 (public gate) and an easy walk to Downtown. Parking was super simple with our rental car when coordinated with Sean; we never lacked for a close space either on Randall St. or King George St. We hope to stay again. Highly recommended.
This property is well-appointed, the furnishings are lovely and it is in a convenient location for the Naval Academy and all that Annapolis offers. The owner, Sean, was very responsive in addressing any concerns. We enjoyed our stay to celebrate my husband’s 50th reunion at the academy and will book again if we are in the area.
This property is an absolute gem! It checks all the blocks as the perfect place to stay when visiting Annapolis. The owners take great pride in their property as displayed by the immaculate and precise presentation of each room, so much so, that it does not feel like a rental when you enter. The owners were great to work with during the process, answering questions and providing any information needed to best plan our stay. They even texted several hours afrer check-in to ensure all was good or anything needed, and then again each day. This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had, and are already making plans to stay here again!
Great place to stay! Location is perfect to everything - Naval Academy entrance across the street, two blocks from the downtown restaurants and ego alley. Great spot for 4 guests. Six might be a bit cramptas there is only one bathroom. Sean has every amenity you need. Hair dryer, iron and board, starch, wine opener, wine glasses, etc. Sean is incredibly responsive and even checked in every day to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Sean!!
Had a great long weekend in Annapolis at Circa 1885, traveling with my partner and parents. Rooms were comfortable, apartment was spotless and well appointed, and location was prime. Short-walking distance (2 blocks down Randall) to the main part of downtown, and across the street from the Naval Academy, where we took a tour and checked out the museum. Perfect location for me (pregnant) and my parents (70s) to pop in for a quick rest here and there in between our various walking explorations or meals, as its literally next to everything. Parking was easy nearby, and even though on a fairly busy corner, we weren't kept awake or bothered at all by the street noise. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend! (Also, clawfoot tub is awesome and waterfall showerhead was clutch)
This rental was spotless, well-equipped, and in the perfect location. The owners were informative and easy to communicate with. Highly Recommended!
The location of this house could not be better. It is literally across the street from Gate 1 of the Naval Academy and one block from downtown Annapolis. The home is comfortable and inviting and has incredible charm. The kitchen is completely remodeled and there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Sean was extremely helpful across the board and helped make our trip absolutely seamless. We will absolutely be staying here again!!
The owner was very prompt and detailed from the time we booked all the way to the end. The house was awesome, beyond clean, and had its own sense of charm. We loved everything about our stay and definitely would return. Annapolis is definitely one of our favorites now!
Such a cute and cozy home to stay at! It’s right next the the academy and walking distance from everything! The hosts were amazing and communicated with us every step of the way!
This rental was perfect and had everything we needed. Immaculate and right next to Gate 1 of the Naval Academy. The owner was awesome as well.
We loved our stay in this amazing two-bedroom apartment! Beds and linens are top-notch. Kitchen is fully stocked. Love the historic and local feel to the home. If location is everything, then this home wins the prize! Shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Also walking distance to the harbor. Wonderful communication with the owner. This was a 10 out of 10 stars stay! Highly recommend.!
What a great location not only are you close to everything in historic Annapolis but you can also spend the day in Baltimore at the aquarium or go to Washington DC and there’s many many things to do there.
This location cannot be beat for easy access to USNA. It is literally right outside of the gate. Sean is an excellent and responsive host. We have stayed here many times and will be back. Highly recommend.
We had wonderful stay at Sean’s apartment. The location could not be better as it is across from the USNA main gate and a short walk to DTA. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, ideal for 4 people. Sean was very helpful, friendly, and checked in with us several times. We have recommended this apt. to other Academy families and will stay again if the opportunity arises.
The apartment is perfectly located for access to harbor/downtown and to the Naval Academy. Apartment was clean, well-organized and had everything we needed, Sean provided excellent communication before and during our stay.
We were in Annapolis fir I-Day, so the location was perfect as were were right near the gate we needed to use to get onto the yard. It was also very close to restaurants and tours, all were a short walk. The property itself was so clean and decorated in such a smart way. We loved the space and amenities. We thought parking might be an issue since the main parking structure had been torn down, but it was not an issue for us. We found close parking every time we needed the car. We only used the car once in our five days because our needs were all within walking distance. The location also welcomed us with a bottle of wine, snacks, and coffee. We really appreciated that extra touch. The owners were very accessible to us and we felt we could reach out easily. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the house was always at a comfortable temperature. We also had the ability to control the climate if need be, we never had to make adjustments, but it was great to have the option. We would definitely go back as it is a great place to stay when visiting our midi in the future. It’s also a great place if you just want a place to visit Annapolis independent of the Naval Academy. There were so many restaurants and bars as well as yummy ice cream places. The history alone is another reason to visit. We highly recommend this location!
