Great, quiet location. Very walkable, even to the River District. Easy street parking in front. (Unless you're going to Tybee Island, you could skip on a rental car. Place was nicely decorated, and very clean. Host was very easy to communicate with. I would stay again.

This historical home was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to just about anywhere. The recommendation to take the trolly tour definitely added to the whole Savannah experience. Great place to stay while exploring one of the most beautiful cities in the south!!

We decided to take a short trip to Savannah and this was such a nice and cute place to stay! It was about a 20-25 minute walk to most things though, so keep that in mind. It was just a couple blocks from Forsyth Park which was great! It was very easy to get to, check-in was super easy, and Chase messaged us periodically to check in which we greatly appreciated. The unit is nice and updated, but still keeps elements of its historical charm. The unit was well stocked with towels, hangers, makeup cloths, shampoo/conditioner, kitchenware, coffee, and even a fan in case you're like me and need cold air blowing on you at night. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice, quaint place to getaway!

The apartment met our needs and had the quaintness of old Savannah. It is about 1.3 miles from the river, but only a couple of blocks from the free trolly which runs until 7:00 PM. When we arrived, the AC was not functioning and after contacting the management, a repairman arrived within minutes. Very responsive mgt. and hosts.

This comfortable, well furnished first floor garden apartment has free street parking outside the door. A great location in the historic district near Forsythe Park and the shuttle makes for easy access to attractions and shopping. Savannah gives you a great opportunity to walk everywhere. The guidebooks available as well as the coffeemaker(brew or pods), comfortable king bed, excellent Wifi and television were appreciated. Having breakfast in the bright kitchen overlooking the patio was a treat. Would return again. opportunity to walk

We celebrated our anniversary in savannah and enjoyed the cute little hideaway. Everything was as expected. One glitch with gate keys but located them in a different lockbox and all ended well. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was the perfect place for exploring Savannah. Super comfy bed and living area with a beautiful little garden area off the kitchen. The location can't be beat - within walking distance to so many great places (and Dot pick-up!) and so so so close to Forsyth park. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

I was so pleased with the property, everything was so comfortable and nicely furnished. It was like being in a home and not in a rental unit like some places. The owners decorated with style and comfort in mind, including a cute stand in the older bathroom for my things and stuff to be placed.

Do not pass up this place if its available. One street over from Forsyth Park, you practically cross and straight ahead is the fountain. Very clean place, felt safe the whole time, has a locked gate and cameras outside. Nice private patio in the back. Nice big soft King size bed. Parking is on street, we had no problems, we were usually parked right beside our gate. We will be going back before the summer is over.
