This modern studio apartment, located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, opens to a unique bright environment.

It features a snack corner with refrigerator, microwave and kettle, a dining table with chairs, a double sofa bed, a TV, a desk and a small wardrobe. A full bathroom with a large shower completes the apartment.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment there is the central train station while the airport is less than 10 kms away.
