Amenities were advertised, but could not use pointless stay

Everything was great except that the hair dryer in our bathroom was broken :( Other than that, I give it a 9/10.

Host was efficient with communication. Location was clean and accommodating. Great amenities on site were a plus.

Communication with the host prior to arrival was very prompt and polite. The unit was very spacious and clean. The resort is wonderful. Our two dogs traveled with us snd I thought it was so cute that they got welcome bags at check in.The only suggestion for better comfort is the mattresses were much harder than we prefer. Overall, it was a great weekend getaway. We are already talking about coming back this summer.

Great location. Close to downtown Dells

Extended Family of 9, 3 night stay. We had a good time overall. We enjoyed the indoor water park one day, and the outdoor water park the other day. The staff were all kind and responsive.We had a few minor maintenance issues which were handled by the resort quickly. I do wish that I'd noticed that there were only THREE beds when I booked it. While the resort allows up to 10 people for this room, there are only beds to sleep 6 comfortably plus the pull-out couch. Thankfully we noticed that before check in and brought an air mattress to accommodate. The elevators were slow, and half of them were out of order on Sunday at checkout time. TVs were outdated, the one in the master didn't work at all.

Older furniture; old kitchen pans and skillets; poorly equipped kitchen. Absolutely nothing in kitchen but plates, glasses, few pans, 2 old skillets and a few bowls and silverware. No salt/pepper; very small coffee pot (4 cup) for 4 people; no measuring spoons or measuring cups; no baking dishes, so couldn't bake. No broom, vacuum for cleaning up spills, food, etc; no dishcloths for washing dishes. No instructions on anything (tv, hot tub, where/how to dump trash. Primary bed was very, very hard--very uncomfortable. 2 blood stains on our bed sheet. No scissors, paper or pen. Would not stay here again!

Unfortunately, we werent able to utilize all the facilities as we were there for a tournament and gone most of the day. The hot tub in the room had a broken handle, and we weren't able to use the coffee pot as the pot wasnt made for that machine, but other than that it was great.

The room was beautiful and perfect for a family stay. The only thing was the lack of staff for check-in and guidance to where the room was. We also were charged an extra resort fee at check-in that we were not aware of. Waterpark was very crowded. But overall it was a good weekend, the kids loved it and we will likely be back.

We enjoyed the accommodations

The Chula is starting to get run down. Could definitely use some upgrades. The beds do not come with fitted sheets, this concept does not work at all. The sheets slip off the bed and then you are sleeping directly on the mattress, that’s yucky. The towels are aged, the water park towels are not nice.the view of the River was spectacular. Working with the property manager was perfect. Very helpful.The price point was good. Furniture needs to be upgraded ASAP., with more comfort add a few chairs.
