Chic Urban Downtown

There was no property to stay at. I arrived very late due to flight issues and was left in the middle of a dark neighborhood with no place to stay and no vehicle to get anywhere else. While the phone center did refund my money, I was still left to fend for myself at 2am in a dark neighborhood. Only to discover 2 days later that the property was still being advertised as available. I ended up having to spend three times the cost on a last minute stay at a hotel and Vrbo doesn’t seem to care or help with that cost. I have never had such a bad experience with Vrbo or any hotel. The fact that your agent offered to have me book a new reservation at 2 am not realizing it would still not provide for the night I was currently in, was frustrating. TBH, I am normally a positive, go with the flow, it’s no big deal kind of person, but the multiple failure points on this one make me appalled for your companies training and design. I am hoping you can figure out ways to improve the screening of your properties and process for your customer service.

If you want somewhere homely to stay close to all the action this is it!! Property manager struggled with sending out information but when reminded got it to me quickly. When we got to the spot, lockbox was opened and front door was wide open. Other than that everything was pretty good! FYI: Pool hours aren’t consistent.
