Ride sharing

Ride sharing apps are a safe and easy way to get around, especially late at night when public transport services are less frequent. Prices are about two-thirds of a taxi, but may surge during bad weather or public events.

    1st of all, communication is horrible, they do not respond to your messages!! Next, the instructions for entering the building are incomplete. They do not tell you about having to use fob to gain entrance to your floor or what floor the apartment is actually on. Once we arrived in our apartment, it looks nothing like how it looks in the pictures, very deceiving! Furniture is dirty, needs to be cleaned, terrace is filthy! dead plants, ripped wicker on sofa, table had mold on it!! Living area, TV doesn't work, called 1st 2 days and never heard back, kitchen pot and pans have rust on the inside of the pans! Food & grease on tile behind stove, was never cleaned!! Countertop had grease on it. Also had a sweeper in the corner of the living room that was broken into 2 pieces!!! If this place is suppose to have enhanced cleaning I would say they need to learn what that means!! Also, light bulbs were out, battery dead on kitchen clock!! Build up of dirt all along the edge of the kitchen floor. I left a list of everything that was wrong and should be fixed, doubt that it will happen!! I have pictures of everything!!

    This stay was for work purposes. It was conveniently located. A 5 min walk to Darling Harbour (where we were working). The apartment is quite large and the large terrace was perfect to watch the Saturday night fireworks from.

    This is a great apartment in a great location. It has plenty of room and everything you need. It doesn't have parking, and there is only 2hr parking in the street (24/7) which wasn't a problem when I booked. However things changed and I ended up having a vehicle which I had to park in an expensive carpark down the street. The only let downs were: 1) the condition of the balcony. I think there was some heavy rain prior to us arriving so it was a bit of a mess out there. 2) the light bulb in the kitchen was dead so no light in the kitchen 3) batteries in the TV remote were dead, so had to keep switching batteries between TV and AC remotes 4) only 1 set of keys and keyfob were provided. With 2 of us staying there and access control on the front door and elevator call, we had some problems with only having 1 key. A few minor issues that could be solved with perhaps more regular inspections, but overall we were very happy with the apartment and its' location.
