Stayed Apr 22, 2025Well the first day we got stuck in the lobby elevator for about 20-30 minutes. It would have been a kind gesture had someone exhibited some concern afterwards or perhaps even an apology. The unit was as photographed, beautiful with that amazing view from the wrap around balcony. The star of the show was the rooftop pool. Just stunning. All the staff people were very pleasant. But there was another issue with a secondary elevator that serviced our unit's vestibule that was not working either. It required using another elevator further down the hall which serviced access to the rooftop pool. A minor issue but an issue nevertheless. Casahill reps were helpful but at times slow to respond. But they were all very nice.

Stayed May 13, 2024Wonderful new property to enjoy a fantastic vacation. The view is spectacular--you get a bit of city buzz and a beautiful ocean view. Convenient to everywhere you want to walk. Super 75 or 80 inch smart tv in living room, and another in bedroom. Kitchen perfectly appointed. Will be back.

Stayed Mar 6, 2024Although the condo is lovely and pictures do accurately describe the amenities and furnishings, and the views are fantastic, the traffic noise below is terrible all day and night. I was so looking forward to drinking my morning coffee on the beautiful veranda overlooking the ocean views but the highway traffic below disturbs that idea. The condo does sleep 4, but to do so there is a partition that blocks off half of the living space with a Murphy bed. This would make for very tight quarters. The condo is perfect for 2 persons. Also, if you are not a LGBTQ man, this place might not be for you, especially at the rooftop pool (which is also lovely but is not heated and is cold). If the traffic noise and gay friendly atmosphere would have been disclosed in the listing we would not have stayed at this condo.

Stayed Feb 3, 2024Loved our stay at SoHo PV. Highlight was the rooftop pool. Couple things to note: - while this is advertised as a two bedroom, the front convertible bedroom is too noisy to sleep during the day. Nights are quieter but still loud. The accordion balcony doors are not sound proof and there’s a major highway running below the building. - the rooftop pool is gorgeous and the amenities are top notch but the pool is not heated. It’s a huge pool and the sun alone isn’t enough to warm it up. Other than that, the condo is very well equipped and modern. Loved sitting in the balcony and enjoying the views.

Stayed Jan 11, 2024We recently stayed at SoHo PV during our visit to Puerto Vallarta and overall had a great experience. The communication with the management company was top-notch, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Upon entering the unit, we were immediately impressed by its beauty and aesthetics. The interior was tastefully decorated, and the real showstopper was revealed when we raised the blinds – the views were truly exceptional. The location, despite being on the hill, turned out to be surprisingly convenient and easily accessible to various attractions with just a short walk. However, one significant downside was the rooftop pool. While the pool itself was visually stunning and perfect for Instagram-worthy photos, the water temperature was disappointingly freezing. Despite the warm Puerto Vallarta sun, the pool never seemed to warm up due to the lack of heating. This resulted in a beautiful but unused amenity, as none of the guests dared to take a dip. It was a missed opportunity to fully enjoy the pool, especially considering its resort-style design. If you're someone who values a relaxing swim, I would recommend checking with the management about pool heating before booking. Despite this issue, the beauty of the apartments and the breathtaking views might still make SoHo PV a worthwhile stay for many.
