Chic Scottsdale Getaway with Fantastic Fun Pool

The location was great. You can get on new road and get to any place you needed to. I hope this was very helpful. I floated in the pool for hours was so relaxing. The room has everything you needed. It was a short visit For the weekend to attend a wedding. I would definitely come back.

Fantastic location for the WM Phoenix Open! Private and access to a washer and dryer was very beneficial. Definitely recommend!

Nice and cozy, like a home away from home

The accommodations were as described. Very easy to access with very clear instructions.

Clean rooms; great shower; we went to Mayo Hospital, so fabulous location; host was responsive and helpful; good restaurants nearby. We didn’t use the pool because I was in town for surgery, but it looked very inviting.

This is a wonderful property. We had everything we needed and more…. We sat out by the pool every night to watch the sunset and our host made sure to have our chairs with pillows positioned after the first night. Would definitely come back

There are two places to stay at the one I stayed in was great for one person. Everything worked pool was refreshing.

The first thing I noticed when I entered the property gates was the intoxicating scent of blooming orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. My unit was well equipped, clean and very cute. We had iced tea on the patio by the pool, and did a BBQ on the poolside grill, with little Nipster begging for scraps. The price was right, and I'd recommend the VRBO.

Perfect for a solo traveller - comfy bed, clean bathroom, decent kitchen. I’ve now stayed at both properties at this address - the other one is more spacious (and more expensive). This is great value. Only negative would be if you don’t like dogs as you can hear the owner’s dogs a lot. But I’ll be coming back again!

We enjoyed our short sun trip to AZ and this property. We had our own access to come and go. The host was responsive to request for information.

A nice place to stay. We did not realize upon booking that it was attached to a residence. Shared pool. And outdoor spaces. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The owners were wonderful to work with. The property is a small apartment attached to the back side of a residence. There is a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom in the apartment. There are signs around the property informing us of small dogs behind the fence and stating that we shouldn’t open the gate to the swimming pool-hot tub-grassy area if the dogs were there Since the dogs were always there when we were, we didn’t get a chance to go into that area. Be aware that the bed frame sticks out beyond the mattress. The chance for stubbing you toe is high. I put a pillow on the floor to remind me not to get so close. That worked well. The apartment was adequate and mostly met our needs.

We’ve stayed here before. All in its very workable accomodation. Don’t think the Ritz Carlton though. It’s a small efficiency unit with a comfortable queen bed and private entrance and one parking spot. You won’t be throwing a party here either. But the stay always works for us

The properly was very clean, and the check in process was detailed and easy to figure out. The host also left a book of recommended restaurants and locations to visit. It was extremely helpful and very cool! My fiancé and I both enjoyed the experience.

I was in the area for a conference and was very impressed with this accommodation. The property and amenities were as listed in the booking information, the host was very responsive to messages, and the cost was very reasonable. I would absolutely book this property again.

The kitchenette, the outside spaces, the shower all were excellent. The owner was very accommodating and kind to us. The pool was so nice on the hot afternoons and evenings. It’s so close to great hikes, and many other things to do. I’d recommend the stay to anyone. It’s small but very comfortable for the two of us! It was very clean and property is well cared for.
