Instruction to the studio should be more specific “Back alley of the house”. The only entrance is thru garage, there is a padlock on the gate to sideway. The restroom door could use a handle to grab pull or push. Would be helpful to label which one is shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Other then that, we love it. Garage help cool off the car on hot day. The little washer/dryer was cute. AC works. Clean and comfy. It is everything we needed. We don’t cook, can’t comment on the kitchen.

Loved this place and the location. The heater was very loud, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Great location! Lots of natural light, too. The AC is a little loud at times, but this is a nice place to stay overall. :-)

very nicely decorated and very clean for us. Not a big fan of stairs but I am 82 yrs of age and the rest of the studio nicely offset that! One constructive concern is the shower on/off control, very hard to move it from off position to other positions.. Could be a simple fix starting with WD40 spray before anything else. Won't hurt the control and inexpensive also. Thanks for the stay!

Did the job - good value, nice that it included a pack and play and high chair too! The AC unit was a little finicky (the unit gets a lot of afternoon sun) but overall very good.

The check-in process was so easy and the place seemed pretty clean. I didn't fully realize how far it was from main street, but we still had a great time!

Really nice. We are returning next month. Walkable Neighborhood. Garage is an added plus. I prefer a little less clutter. Just a bit too many knickknacks. Neighbors got miffed about our parked car on the street?

This was such an amazing place to stay- as a single woman traveling it was a very safe and quiet neighborhood and I felt very comfortable here! Well stocked kitchen, super clean and got great natural light. I loved the garage stall as well! Perfect little place for one, I will definitely be coming back next time I stay in grand junction!

Long weekend stay for wedding in Palisade. Great location - easy to get to awesome bike trail as well as wedding/reception in Palisade. Needed an iron and ironing board for our wedding attire and host delivered both in an hour. Would stay again if we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay here and the location was central to everything in GJ. The only problem was that the door lock was very difficult to open with the key. The property manager said it’s already in line to get fixed, so that’s good news. Also, be aware you have to park and access the property from the back alley.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor, a terrible mildew smell, and a pair of shorts with underwear in the bed when I pulled the covers back. I contacted the host via Vrbo, then through the text they had sent to confirm the booking, then called the number, then called the other number for after hours, and got a vm saying that vm had not been set up for that number. No one responded to any of this. I called VRBO directly who also couldn’t get a hold of anyone. VRBO said they needed to give the host time to respond, and the cleaning company didn’t go back in until 1am (this happened at 10pm). VRBO said I needed to wait to hear from them and if I didn’t hear back by 1am (!!!) to call them back and they’d issue a refund. They offered no other option for where to stay. The next morning (9ish) I got a text from the rental company who was defensive at first, despite the photos I sent them, and then said they’d reimburse the cleaning fee. Eventually they agreed to refund me entirely.

The location was great for going to the University or to Main Street. I walked a lot. The apartment was very comfortable and had great air conditioning. I’d recommend over a hotel room any day.

You access the apartment by going thru the garage, and up stairs- the place was clean, cute, and comfortable- we were there to see my son graduate from CMU, and we walked to the stadium which was perfect. We left our car in the garage, and didnt have to worry about graduation parking since it was only about 5 blocks. We loved it, but if you are elderly, or have mobility limitations, the steps might be a bit difficult to get up and down as they are a bit steep and narrow- when carrying a suitcase
