Chic Brand-New Penthouse overlooking North Park

Hunter was an amazing host with excellent communication! His penthouse is in a very safe, secure building. Unit exceeded our expectations in every way and is well stocked with ALL amenities and toiletries. Would definitely rent again if in SD!

Great coffee shops, bakeries, and deli’s within walking distance. The apartment is clean and quiet and has everything you need.

Everything was fantastic! Beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Equipped for a long retreat. Not sure why my phone didnt send or receive messages in real time. Can't blame the owner. Can only imagine he was just as frustrated as me.

Absolutely amazing stay in San Diego! Great location, close to a ton of great coffee shops, easy drives all over the city, and check in instructions very clear. Apartment was exactly as described, with great communication and clear instructions. Owners have thought about everything and more and spared no details! We had exactly what we needed and can’t wait to go back!

This place was perfect for us. We wanted 2B 2B, safe, clean, parking, and accessible to downtown SD (within 15 mins). We got it. The owner’s attention to details, instructions and labeling was helpful and thoughtful, as well.

Property was clean and comfortable. It had a private parking place in a secure garage. TV in the King Bedroom went out and host showed up at the door with a NEW smart TV! WOW

Our host thought of everything! … so many amenities from toiletries to beach chairs. The unit was very clean and in great condition. Parking was safe and secure in a parking garage with a dedicated parking spot. The location was perfect, we could walk to dinner, a grocery store and a great farmers market. And minutes from the highway. One of the best units we have rented.

Great experience and stay here. Process was super easy and Hunter made everything efficient and wonderful. Location was good and close to many local gyms, restaurants and coffee shops. Building was new, nice and quiet.

I would definitely stay here again. We vacationed in San Diego and this space had a great personal patio area. A large patio area in the second floor that anyone in the building can share. It was not crowded and had plenty of seating, even had a fire pit to make s'more's with the kids. It was large enough for our 7 year old to play soccer. The space also had beach essentials like an umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, and toys.

This Vrbo was just like the pictures. The area was nice and was very close by to everything. It was also very secure. The hosts directions were also very clear and easy to understand.
