Algiers Point is the second oldest neighborhood in New Orleans. It is situated right across the Mississippi River from the French Quarter. The Point is a historic tight-knit community. The unique neighborhood has a beach town vibe (minus the beach). There are wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars walking distance from the apartment.

Step through the private entrance of this ground-floor studio loft, where natural light moves across an open layout and the unhurried pace of the neighborhood settles in with you.

The space
The loft's open-concept design keeps the atmosphere relaxed and uncluttered. A dedicated workspace - a table set in the common area with fast Wi-Fi - is ready whenever you need to stay connected or get things done. Central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan keep the space comfortable throughout your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
The king bed is dressed in fresh bed linens with extra pillows and blankets, ready to welcome you in after a long day on the town. Room-darkening shades make a slow morning entirely achievable, and a full closet and dresser provide generous clothing storage for any length of visit.

Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen handles everything from a quick morning coffee to a proper sit-down dinner. A Whirlpool electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, blender, and hot water kettle are all on hand, alongside cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. A coffee maker and complimentary coffee are waiting for your mornings. Pull up a seat at the dining table and eat at your own pace.

Entertainment
A 55-inch HDTV brings Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Chromecast, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix to your fingertips. For a different kind of evening, the record player is there to set the mood. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout.

Bathroom & essentials
The private bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer, with a bathtub to ease into at the end of the day. An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, and clothing storage keep daily routines running without a hitch. A laundromat nearby adds extra convenience for longer visits.

Getting around
Self check-in is handled via a smart lock, with a private street entrance and free parking on the premises. Free street parking is also available. An exterior security camera at the entry door provides peace of mind throughout your stay.

The neighborhood
Algiers Point is one of New Orleans's most rewarding places to be based - a walkable, historically rich neighborhood with local cafés, Barracuda tacos, and Mississippi River views just steps from the front door. Hop the $2 ferry across to Bourbon Street, the jazz clubs of Frenchmen, and the full sweep of the city's festival calendar, including Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest, Bayou Boogaloo, and holiday events throughout the year.
