The Space:

Cozy Living Space: Unwind in awell-designed living area that radiates comfort and relaxation. Furniture includes: Smart TV, futon couch, and working space.



Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Whether it's a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, cooking is a breeze.

Guest Access:

Entire place is yours for entire stay.

Free parking is available during your stay, an unassigned spot is located right outside building entrance.



The Neighborhood:

Located right off I-80, in the Aksarben neighborhood. Only a couple miles from most hospitals, University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the Baxter Arena.



Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.



Other places to enjoy would be the Old Market and Henry Doorly Zoo!

Bergan Mercy CHI Hospital - 1.1 miles

Methodist Hospital - 3.1 miles

Nebraska Medicine/UNMC - 3.7 miles

Getting Around:

Car is best for exploring the city, however there is public transportation within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive.



2. There will be lock out fee - $50,

unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50



3. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls. Each guest/reservation will be able to park in one spot.

We prefer messaging through your booking platform but are available via text/call for urgent issues. There is an onsite Apartment Manager.
