Chic 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Retreat: Your Ideal Getaway Awaits!

This was one VRBO we couldn't wait to check out.The Good: 1) Check in related communication is on-time. 2) Location of the property is very good, close to major attractions.The Bad: 1) AC didn't work for both nights we stayed. First night, there was a cooling unit in the kitchen when we checked in. We turned on the AC, but didn't realize it wasn't working until after a couple of hours. The property manager didn't get back to us until late at night saying she missed the messages, she was not aware the AC is broken, and she can send people to check it out tonight or tomorrow. It was too late for that night, so we asked her to send the people the next day. The cooling unit was loud, and because of the air being blocked by the kitchen island, the bedrooms were so hot and were not possible to sleep inside. We all ended up sleeping on the living room floor, even though the temp were still at 81F. Second night, property manager notified us the AC can't be fixed due to missing part. Another cooling unit was added, but now both units were moved to the 2 bedrooms, which leaves the kitchen and living room being very hot and humid. The bedrooms are now relatively cool, but the units were so loud in such a small space.2) The apartment has a moldy smell; not sure if it is due to the AC not working or something else. And we did see a couple small cockroaches in the kitchen.

The place was sooo clean & well decorated and supplied! The neighborhood was peaceful and location was perfect. Definitely will return!

This home looks exactly as it does in the pictures. It is beautiful, clean and peaceful. The host was responsive and very accommodating.

Our family of four, two small children & two adults, stayed here for our Disney trip. They've done a great job with this place. Nice touches, clean, comfy beds, great location, & great communication. A couple minor suggestions: extra towels & bedding (just incase needed), hand towels, and bakeware/sheet pan. We would stay again! Thanks Whitney!

My experience was incredible, the apartment exceeded expectations, it is very well located and easy to access, good parking, very comfortable beds, well-lit bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and everything is very new. Withney was our host and at all times served us very well and provided answers at the same time. I will definitely stay in this apartment on my next vacation.
