Million dollar view, just is very responsive & works with you. However, the property is extremely dated & needs updating.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful property. Mike was a magnificent host and answered any questions we had and also provided much information on the island, from things to do, to places to eat and shop. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay 3 more nights at another property of his, which was equally as wonderful. If you want a little piece of heaven on the island, I highly suggest this place. Another highlight was Mim's was directly under this building and serves the best meals we found on the island.

I loved the view of the ocean. It was great to sit on the deck and just watch the ocean.

A must stay!!!Cute, clean, properly stocked place to stay. The BEST restaurant on the property (Mims). Another more causal restaurant within walking distance that has live music bands from 6 to 9. Did I say it sits on the water facing the bay? Everything you ever need is within a short driving distance. Red hook ferry is a few miles away. When you book this wait to hear from Mike he will let you know the best rental cars and best excursions to book. Mike helped us book Ocean Surfari -snorkeling. We booked Bad Kitty with Calypso. MUST DO's! Mike will send you a guide that makes your trip wonderful! Did I say this was the best place and best trip ever!!!

My wife and I enjoyed the condo that we stayed at. It had a great view of the bay, with plenty of cross-flow breeze, through the condo, with the doors & windows open. Who needs AC when you have this?! And mornings, out on the patio, brought some of the best views because of its an easterly orientation.

The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. The ocean is right in front of the condo and a short walk to the beach and pool! Thank you - we had an enjoyable stay!

Our host, Mike was terrific! He gave us lots of information ahead of our stay and we knew he was available if needed to address any concerns (& we never had any concerns). The place was modest, comfortable and clean with accurate photos and description in listing. The apartment colors/ decor fit nicely in the peaceful setting- the view from the deck - gorgeous! We loved our morning coffee & evenings under the stars. The bed was comfortable (we slept great) and the bathroom had a large tiled walk-in shower and fluffy big towels. The kitchen had all of our essentials and it was an easy walk to Mims Seafood Restaurant and Iggies (we had dinner at both). We snorkeled everyday at different beaches - often swimming with friendly turtles! (Nice beach accessories in large walk -in closet). We really enjoyed our stay. The only note I'd add is that for anyone who is older, or who has knee issues, the unit is on the lower level - a couple flights down stairs. Thanks, Mike!

My husband and I loved our stay at mikes condo. He had everything we needed to make it an enjoyable stay. The view from the lanai is wonderful. We loved having the iguanas greet us every morning and evening. We didn’t feed them, but they were definitely hoping we did. The beach amenities ( cooler, chairs and umbrella) made the stay even better. Mike provides a very detailed welcome package with awesome suggestions. Mike is a super host and we would definitely stay there again. Suggested to Mike to have add a drying rack and possibly room darkening curtain for the windows by the door, but otherwise that’s it. Perfect condo for your island adventures.

We loved our stay! The Villa was clean, well equipped, comfortable and the balcony was so wonderful, right next to the water. Listening to the waves and looking at the beautiful view was so peaceful. Mike, the owner, was great to work with and very helpful. We hope to return some day soon!

This property is exactly what is indicated by the pictures. The location is great. Bolongo Bay is a quiet and relaxing place to spend the day. There are a couple restaurants near bye with bars. It is also very convenient to catch a cab either at the street (about a 10 min walk) or within the complex. Taxi Rides to Redhook or to Charolette Amalie from the complex are about 20 or 30 bucks for two. The room was very clean and has all the amenities as listed. The host (Mike) is very responsive and helpful as well. Over all our stay was a very positive experience and we would be quick to do it again.

We had a great time staying in our Villa! Perfectly located between Red Hook & Charlotte Amelie. The Owner Mike was very responsive and helped with any questions we had during our stay. Any issues we had that came up were quickly addressed even though he wasn't there with us. Beautiful views, great location! Couldn't ask for more!
