Private access to a 700 sq. ft. newly constructed garden apartment with queen bedroom, tub/shower bath, and an open kitchen, dining, living area. Living room sofa bed will accommodate 2 additional people. The kitchen has dishwasher, full refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove, and a vented hood microwave, airconditioning. Washer and dryer available in the utility room on the same level. Outdoor picnic table, chairs, grill and enjoy the use of the front porch. TV Wifi and cable provided.

The art quad and dance school are directly across the street. University Park and Beach, Sheldon Hall of Education, and Sherwood-Marsh piano studio are a minutes walk from the apartment. Lenna Performance Hall, Fletcher Music Hall, McKnight Performance Hall, and Turner Educational and Fitness Facility are all within a 3 - 5 minutes walk. Tram bus stops at the corner just off the green space by the dance school.

Lovely basement apartment with separate bedroom, full kitchen and comfortable sitting room area with TV. Gracious touches like chocolates in the bedroom and fresh flowers on the kitchen table. Umbrellas, chair cushions, and extra lanyards available as well. Table and chairs for eating outside and access to a grill. Owners very friendly and hospitable. Access to a washer and dryer. Short walk to Bestor Plaza and the amphitheater. Highly recommend.

Hosts were incredibly gracious and helpful. We had our own patio and were able to eat outside every night which was lovely. Kitchen was very well equipped. The basement level meant it was often cool enough not to need to use the AC, though having the central AC as opposed to noisy window AC units like we had last year at Chautauqua was a huge upgrade for us when we needed it. Plenty of closet space , lots of linens, easy and efficient laundry. Lovely week!

Very pleasant apartment. Nice decor, comfortable bed, well outfitted. Most comfortable chairs in Chautauqua! My only suggestion is that it is short on knives in the kitchen. Could only find a 2 paring knife in the drawer. Other than that, all was great!
