** We've just completed a major renovation of Ship's Light! Having stood the test of time for almost 200 years, the house now has a new foundation, upgraded systems and a modified floor plan. Stayed Mar 19, 2026This is like a hotel suite only way better. Very clean and cozy and easy to check in. There is a nice fireplace and big TV. It's a mini apartment. Allison is very accommodating and prompt to respond. We plan to rent from her again.

Stayed May 17, 2026Great find very close to town. Quaint, lovely restoration. Modern utilities, clean, washer/dryer in the garage - a must for me. Private entry, dedicated parking.Can walk to Chatham Bar Inn and the Lighthouse. Plenty food and shops. Very quiet, walkable neighborhood, great for rest and relaxation. Host responsive but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 2, 2025The room was cute, cozy, VERY clean and just as pictured. I was here on business and it was the perfect place to come back to every night. The location is lovely and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and if you're up for it, the lighthouse. I would definitely come back!
