Quiet, easy to get in, just as advertised!

Pros- clean, cheap and in a decent area. Host was pretty responsive , and the check in link/break down was cute. Cons- There was no electricity when I arrived. I work in Seattle and drove 3hrs here, so I had a 5pm check in instead of 3pm. When I got there I hadn't even taken all my stuff in when I realized there was no electricity. I always take check in and check out videos. After seeing the power problem, I took a video for that. Immediately messaged Vince and he asked if I had used multiple appliances. I didnt even have all my bags in lol. He did try to fix it and call maintenance. Unfortunately Maint was out and I was requested to flip the breaker myself. I didn't feel comfortable and called VRBO because I dont want to mess anything up or disturb other renters. I made it very known I thought this was a wild request. After 2 VRBO supervisors I was offered some VRBO credit, but was still w/o power for 3.5hrs. I did flip the breaker because I need electricity, but Im still not excited about it. The rest of the stay was fairly smooth. Small cons- neighbor did weird stuff with the bath all night multiple times every night? And ice? So much ice? My mind was WANDERING about what he was doing lolHS next to unit has parking lot but of course the kids and parents WILL take street parking and try to illegally park, blocking you in. All in all, not bad. The electricity thing was wild, though.

Actually had to cancel due to an error in the system. Vance was very professional and understood. Next time I come this way, I look forward to trying them out.

It was such a cute little place. Communication from Vince was excellent. The room was clean and there were thoughtful little touches like a Brita water pitcher in the mini fridge, earplugs available if needed, and dish soap, etc. If I had one minor complaint it’s that parking is a little difficult at times, but that’s to be expected in the city, so not a deal breaker. I will absolutely be staying again next time we come!

Budget friendly stay in a safe neighborhood! Vince was communicative & the welcome guide was awesome. Great night sleep & fairly quiet other guests.

Very clean & comfortable. Quiet. Very small space for the cost.We were visiting family nearby so had another place to hang out. Having to send credit card & license pics & then not pay thru vrbo was questionable as a renter, but vrbo said they were a 'trusted partner'.

Compact with everything you need. Easy check in.

Great property In a perfect location. The room had everything I needed. Everything was really clean and comfortable. Great for a temporary stop on the digital nomad train.

We needed nice, quiet place for a simple overnight stay. This place was great. Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, tidy and well stocked. A nice common area, but we found everything we needed in our room (small fridge, simple kitchen). Would definitely stay here again.
