Charming Waterfront Apartment on Lake Garda

We had a very nice holiday at the appartment. It is really charming and the garden is really inviting.We had a small privat acces to the lake where we could swim and relax. The contact to the landladys was so familiar and they gave us really good ideas for things to do. We would definitely go there again!

We spent a few very nice days in Toscolano - despite the heavy but rather unusual rain

Magnificient old building from the 18th century, beautiful garden right next to a tiny old and quiet harbor, simply stunning! A small and quiet private beach right at the house for a swim in the early morning. Not that much touristic traffic in that part of the town but everything can easily reached by foot. Even fly fishing in the Toscolano spring is possible above the historic paper mill up in the valleys (really lots of trouts there but rather difficult to hook ?). We simply hat a great vacation. We loved staying at this adorable apartment. The location was quiet, beautiful and away from the crowds. The garden was a nice place to rest and the parking convenient. Nearby there was a beach and delicious restaurant. Overall, a great spot for exploring Lake Garda.

We had a few amazing and very relaxed days. The atmosphere is nice and the old house with his beautyful garden is directly placed at lake Garda. You feel very welcome and like a part of locals. Away from touristic trouble, trafic and crowded places can you enjoy the lake. The landlord Mr. Cecione is very kindly and helpfull and we didn't miss anything. Thank you Daniel. Everything was been as in the discription anonced. We will come again. Father and Son from Germany.

We stayed in souler 2 for a fortnight and had the best family holiday we've ever had. The appartment was ideal, well furnished with everything we could want. the owner Danielle was delightful and couldn't have been more helpful. The location was ideal, less than 5 minutes walk from an uncrowded beach and less than 10 minutes from some local shops. Moderno is only 15/20 minutes walk away from where you can catch ferries all over Lake Garda, so the car is not so essential. The only minor drawback was parking next to the appartment which is not always available. However, there is plentiful free parking within a minute or two so this wasn't a problem. We will be returning to Toscolano in the future.
