Charming, updated home near Duval St. with enclosed patio & walkable location

Small condo is well located right next to the Key West Lighthouse and Hemingway House. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Checkin was digital and I received my gate code and door code day of checkin. The condo smelled like something was burning annd recent gluing or construction. Jitchen outlets did not work. Microwave did not work. Toaster did not work. Coffee maker is traditional ground coffee maker not k cup. Bathroom cabinet and a kitchen cabinet were damaged prior to our arrival. Cleaning lady showed up 20 minutes early making us feel rushed at check out especially after spending so much time in the Vacasa office dealing with condo electrical, damage, and appliance concerns. Vacasa staff was very responsive and kind but were unable to fix any problems with the condo before we left (3 days). It was very convenient that the property manager/owner was nearby.

Best VRBO art and shower experience! We did not receive gate code which is different than door but once we got in it was a fantastic place.

Solid location

Confusion after arrival - got there a few hours early but said we couldn’t check in yet. Came back later, an hour before check-in and still was told couldn’t check-in even though we went to property and looked like no activity. Office manager walked with us to place but couldn’t get in using our given code or one he said was an override. Finally maintenance manager came and said wrong code was given and we finally got in with new code he gave us - 30 minutes after check-in time. After this frustrating check-in, everything else with the stay was great.

Amazing location. Near everything but far enough you don't get the noise. Clean and inviting. I would rebook in a heart beat!! The only thing I would add would be outdoor hooks to dry towels.

Very clean and renovated space that was close to many Key West attractions. But, still very quiet and away from main street. Bed was comfortable and place was roomy.

The good:- This is a prime location, and the unit had pretty much everything we needed.- It is very nicely remodeled.- Bed was very comfortable.- Kitchen was well stocked.- Bathroom was very nice.The bad:- The unit had a musty/weird smell.- Even though we were there in April, where it is generally not too humid, nothing ever dried (Swimsuits, bath towels etc).- There are not enough towel bars.- It is small and there is no place to eat, except in front of the TV.

The property is very clean, recently remodeled and very comfortable. Nicest shower I’ve ever seen!The only surprise was no small table and chairs inside. A small one would be handy to go with the nice kitchen. there is a table and chairs on the porch which worked ok as the weather was perfect. Bed was comfortable and the place was just right.

This is a very cute unit in a great location. However, a couple of things you should be aware of. 1. The noise from the street and upstairs neighbors was very noticeable. 2. The lack of an assigned parking spot was a problem. It was so hard to find a spot we just didn’t drive the entire time we were there. 3. Even though this is listed as a one bedroom, the door to that bedroom is glass with no curtains. So there isn’t any privacy. Again, we enjoyed the unit, you just just be aware of these items if you intend to book as well.

Great location, newly, tastefully decorated apartment. Be advised that you need an access code to enter the gate to the property that is different from the apartment code. You can’t get to your unit without it!

Terrific location—right around the corner from the Duval Loop free bus, and near some of the sights. The cleaning crew had it sparkling. The management company was very attentive when I found I was missing my phone after checkout. Note: there was no dining table, so we had to sit on the sofa and use the little “coffee” tables. Perhaps they have remedied that per our review. There is no dishwasher, but there is a newly done kitchen, and there is no washer and dryer, but we found a laundromat up on Truman that washed, dried, and folded a load of laundry for 10. The remodeled bath is nice—fancy shower! Overall, pleased with the unit.

Space was beautiful. Great location. Everything we needed was provided. Updated and kept clean. Only negative would be no assigned parking. Arriving on a Saturday evening was a hassle trying to find parking for almost two hours.

My partner and I went down to key west for the weekend and had a LOVELY stay. The location is perfect (walkable to duval as well as the other side of the island) and the home was so clean and comfy. Thank you for having us :)
