Stayed Jul 2, 2025We loved our stay in this beautiful property. The terrace was particularly beautiful and inviting -- especially at night. Three full bathrooms and three bedrooms with a full kitchen made it easy to relax after a long day of enjoying the city. We can't wait to go back!

Stayed May 24, 2025The apt was great. Location nice and quiet, especially welcomed after spending time in the SUPER BUSY tourist areas of Rome. Felt like we were actual residents. Close to Metra - Bus and train so really easy to get around. Best part is the beautiful terrace. Clean, stylish, and well appointed too. Property owners/managers Flaminia and Sabrina both very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again. Ciao!

Stayed Mar 28, 2025Our family visited Rome in early April. Lovely apartment with everything you need for six people. Patio is the star of the place. Host was responsive and accommodating when we thought my son who lives in Rome might stay with us but didn’t end up happening. Plenty of space and very clean. Loved the location, super market right around the corner, restaurants and cafe’s nearby.

Stayed Nov 26, 2019My mother and sister in law interacted with Flaminia, I did not, but I understand she was lovely and beyond helpful. The property was gorgeous and excellent value from the beautiful terrace to the bedrooms. Modern kitchen for Europe with a dishwasher also a nice touch.

Stayed Oct 17, 2019Flaminia was able to arrange a ride for us, but be prepared to pay 60 E, which is higher than taxi rate. There were plenty of taxis available at the airport even though our flight came in at 11pm. There was a little mix up with the name, so it took a little while to get that worked out. Flaminia was available to help work out the kink. There are several steps to get into the buiding and to the lift. The lift will only go up to the second floor and one more flight of stairs is need to get to the penthouse. The extra steps is worth it given the amazing terrace they have where we spent most nights. The upstairs has two twin beds and a bathroom. The bathroom was running water and we tried to contact Flaminia, but she was out of town. She did contact us a few days later and apologized. Best way to get a taxi is to call for one. We will be going back in a few days and are looking forward to the rest of our stay in this very nice apartment.
