THINGS TO KNOW
Wristbands are required at this complex and must be worn at all times. They are free for guests except for Spring Break and Holy Week. During Spring Break/Holy week, wristbands are $40 each to be paid at the office IN CASH when submitting your information upon arrival for your parking permits. There is an ATM down the street from the condos.
**There is a $60 replacement fee for bracelets and parking passes not left in the unit. **

*** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. We suggest packing insect repellent spray and citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay.
****The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors.     The place was very clean. Had all the basic amenities to use for a getaway. Very quiet area. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool is amazing!

    Nice studio apartment in a quiet location. Well maintained pool and hot tubs. Onsite washer and dryer with coins available at the office. Walking distance to beach. Could use a new mattress as the existing one is worn and dips in center.

    Looking for a room the last minute literally found this amazing spot cleanliness was good nice little one bedroom room for me and my wife always staircases need to be a bit upgraded but overall was a wonderful stay would most definitely come back and recommend this location

    Very satisfied with our stay. Clean studio on second floor with private balcony overlooking the waterpark's parking lot and road that goes to Holiday Inn parking lot. Easy walk to the beach. Beach access is across the parking lot behind the Holiday Inn. Seaside Bar & Grill (next to Holiday Inn) outdoor patio right on the beach is a good place for an evening drink. Good size place for 2 people. Bed is comfy. Black out drapes are nice. Quiet complex with great pool and 2 hot tubs and friendly staff/residents. Will stay again when we visit SPI in the future. Kitchen well appointed with utensils, pans, dishes, blender. Adequate to make meals during our stay. Easy check in, great communication. Checked in several times to ensure our stay was comfortable and they were available, if needed.
