The living area comprises a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric stovetop, range hood, microwave), a sofa bed, and a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (140 cm). When folded away, this easily creates a comfortable sofa. The approximately 5 m² balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture, offers an unobstructed view of the fish market and the residence's swimming pool. Its prime east-facing orientation guarantees plenty of sunshine, ideal for fully enjoying your relaxation time.

A private parking space, accessible by remote control, is also available. The swimming pool, open from June 1st to September 30th, from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm, will allow you to enjoy refreshing moments throughout the summer season. The immediate proximity of the fish market, shops (bakery, caterer, hairdresser, laundromat, etc.) and the beaches of L'Aiguillon will make your stay most enjoyable.
